Awesome staff and they even turned on our game for us. The place doesn’t have food but allows outside food. Had a good time and if I’m in the area again, I’ll definitely be back.

Is it Halligan or Halligan’s like I get that it says Halligan Bar as the name but why is it Halligan and not Halligan’s that doesn’t make sense to me. This place is always a great spot to grab a drink, they have plenty of televisions to watch any game you want. They have a gorgeous patio with plenty of seating as well as a connection to the next door Hook and Ladder. Great establishment.

The service was absolutely terrible. I was charged more than the 20% tip I left for the bartender and noticed before leaving. I work in the service industry and understand how entering tips into the POS works and she tried gaslighting me saying she entered in what was written when it was not. When I told her I’d like to remove the tip completely she yelled at me calling me a psycho. I was not drunk or speaking to her rudely and she handled the situation like an absolute child.
