when there comes a time I should pass away; my time here on this sweet earth begins to come to a close: i only want hallowed baristas to populate my bedside. life isn’t worth living without this hyde park oscar-nominated coffee shop, and i want those beautiful specimens of the human condition to be the ones to guide me into the afterlife. coffee is pretty good too. #hallowedgrounds4lyfe #blessed #bbl
Their hours are in inconsistent and the wifi spotty. Coffee and snacks are good.

Rating is based on reported hours and access. It appears that the coffee shop is within the student center and not open to the public or not open on weekends. Was not able to get in on a Saturday.
Amazing service and even better coffee! I had a long layover and popped in for a spell (yes pun intended) and was able to work for a few hours in a beautiful building. Not really understanding all these 1 star reviews, this place is amazing!

Absolutely gorgeous area to study in, get a coffee, and take a stroll in during spring, fall, and summer.

The coffee was not good—they were even out of espresso, which is hard to understand for a coffee spot. On top of that, they abruptly announced an early closing with a rude “everyone get out.” It might be convenient if you’re a student, but it’s definitely not geared toward the general public. Wi-Fi is only available to students or if you happen to know someone who can create a guest account for you.

We had to stop by while we were in the area. I was worried it wouldn’t be accessible due to the age of the building and architecture. There was no need to worry at all. There are multiple elevators and I was able to access it with no problems! The accessible entrance is on 57th st. And I did have to follow signs to get from one elevator to the next, but it was pretty easy. This would also be VERY accessible to electric chairs. The only tight squeeze would probably be around lounge chairs by the top of the stairwell, but honestly, it’s pretty doable. I didn’t stay to hang out, so I’m not sure how easily my chair would fit under the tables, and I didn’t use the restroom there. But I’m very happy I was able to see the inside of this gorgeous campus from my wheelchair.

Can get crowded, but is worth it for the novelty/ambience. Coffee shop has a nice selection of baked goods and is reasonably priced. The wifi uses campusconnect, which may be compatible for students of other campuses. There are some electrical outlets too.

Beautiful architecture inside and outside. Gets a little busy during school days. Food and drinks are great. The atmosphere is relaxing and great for reading, studying, or just having a good conversation.

Great place to study 📚 great coffee, music and you can get a game of pool in for fun….
I left my number for a cute barista named Silvana but she never called. The coffee was good though

Atmosphere is awesome but you’re in the college and on the campus, majority student operated.
