I like their breakfast sandwiches, but have quit going to the State Street store because the preparation is so inconsistent. There is one particular woman who flattens them out until you smell the egg burning. She also steams them so hard that the inner layer of paper sticks to the bagel in a way that is almost impossible to peel off. Good product when others are preparing it, but...
