Been going here for months and the quality has never faltered! Affordable, filling and delicious with fresh ingredients. Take-out ordering is quick on the Ritual app and after trying a few competitors, this is my favorite sandwich shop downtown for sure (#16 is my go to order)

I eat here a lot since I work close by. I have to say the service is always fantastic and they keep the spot well kept constantly. Rates are reasonable and they serve big portions.
We recently popped in here for lunch. The Good: The #6 Washington veggie sandwich was good - lettuce tomato Swiss avocado cucumber with mayo on multigrain The to be improved: Chicago Dog didn't include the relish. They almost forgot to give me the dog - I checked my bag and saw it was missing The soda/pop was warm and flat - it confused everyone how a drink over ice coming out of a soda machine is warm but it was. So lesson learned- sip before you walk away and make sure they give you everything you ordered before walking away.

Sometimes Halsted is great, but other times when it's bad it is reeeeal bad. Here is my buffalo chicken wrap: no tomatoes, ranch or buffalo sauce (so literally just dry chicken and lettuce in a wrap) and it was TINY. Guess I'll go back to my Halsted hiatus.
