I've never had anything quite like these soft, pillowy pancakes. I got the custard, and they came with fresh blueberries, banana, and strawberries. The top was crème brûlée and whipped cream to the side, with a light dusting of powdered sugar. Delicious.

The pancakes are so light and fluffy and pack a delicious punch. We got the Nutella ones and they were perfect. My hot chocolate was fantastic too. The vibe is all pale green and pink with a flower ceiling snd it was cute.

As a lover of all types of pancakes I was disappointed in my breakfast at Hanabusa. The pancakes were completely flavorless and kind of pricey. I ordered the Matcha pancakes and the “Matcha” sauce/syrup was also fairly dull and lifeless.

The Nutella pancakes are good. I don’t recommend the earl grey caramel pancakes, they were not good. The taro pancakes and the matcha pancakes were ok, not great.
Sometimes they undercook the pancakes and you are eating half cooked batter pancakes, which ends up disappointing and not great.
*Do not make the mistake of ordering the matcha tea. It is so bad. You may like matcha lattes and think that the tea must be good too. Absolutely not. It tastes like bitter grass in hot water.
It’s too small and crowded in here and it is hard to get water or service because it’s busy.

I stopped here and wanted to try the Earl Grey and slated caramel pancakes they were very good and I loved the flavor combination. I also got a milk tea and it was good but I've had some better milk teas around. But the pancakes were definitely a must get.
