Cool spot that has too much on the menu. You get a lot for cheap, but you get what you pay for.
I was not impressed with the food, but at cheap prices, you get what you pay for.
I had the seared tuna tacos and it tasted like nothing, large chunks of tuna were bland and most likely all frozen.
Tortillas weren’t fresh and tasted like nothing. Topped with cabbage did not help.
Bean Tortada was very similiar, had a bunch of bland guac on an old tortada with flavorless beans.
Grilled cheese had good cheese, but charred the whole thing… meh.
To its credit you get a lot of food for cheap, But would be SO MUCH BETTER with a bunch of LIME juice on every dish,
Without some help it is a big bite of mush.
Also Wine was pretty bad too.

This is one of the best Vegan and Vegetarian places I went to in Chicago. I will definitely be going here again when I'm back in Chicago. Would definitely recommend there Chimmichanga.

We stopped here on a whim while taking the Blue Line through the area. Absolutely incredible food -- we were thrilled with everything we had and the staff was very attentive. If 5 stars were an option here, I would give it. The patio is also amazing!
That's the ultimate compliment for a restaurant! It's the best sign that the food is not just good, but so delicious and tempting that you can't help but dig in immediately.
