The only good thing here was that the chicken was juicy. I got the hottest spice level, āAngry Hot,ā and didnāt feel anything at allāsuper disappointing. The mac and cheese had a weird flavor that just wasnāt good, and the cider slaw was bland. The place itself looks really cool, but the food doesnāt match the vibe at all. Service was ok , not the worst but could be a little more friendly. It was 43$ for a sandal chicken sandwich ,slaw , Mac and cheese and 2 tenders

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, and I couldn't get enough of it. I highly recommend trying the spicy chickenāitās packed with flavor and just the right amount of heat. Definitely a must-try for anyone who loves bold, tasty dishes. Will be coming back for sure!

top 3 worst mac and cheese ive had, the current microwaveable mac and cheese im eating tastes better. it had a weird distasteful flavor, the cheese they put on tĆøp added to that as well. almost as if they left the cheese they used out in the sun near an unkept dog park and then mixed in some old powdered white cheddar cheese, considering how easy it is to make, quite disappointing. as for their chicken tender meal it was pretty decent but not worth $15..their waffle fries arent that bad either, nothing special about them but they pair well with the rest of the food. overall, fair place but i doubt ill be going there more than once a year.

Stopped by Hangry Joeās for lunch around 12:45 pm. Dropped about $20 on their 6āpiece wings combo (waffle fries & soda) . The crew was cool and the spot had a clean, Wicker Parkāish vibeābut the wings arrived kinda soggy and the heat was basically a whisper dark. Fries went limp fast. Appreciate the friendly team, but the flavor didnāt land for me. 1ā

Ordered for delivery, one of the better hot chicken sandwiches in chicago. I was pleasantly surprised to see a chain location serving such high-quality chicken. The portion size is massive. 5/5 recommend.

Excellent Customer Service (That's important),
The Spicy Garlic Soy Sauce was deliciously spicy! The Jr Chicken Sandwich was a great portion and filling I had the Hot Version (Habanero) and yes it was HOT as I HOPED FOR š„µš„(FINALLY AND FOR ONCE!). My son (13) had the Chicken wrap with Mild sauce (Cayenne) and he smacked the whole thing and said it was very good. We also ordered Fried Okraā Delicious and Fresh Never Frozen! The side of white rice fresh, soft and excellent grain quality ā . The Slaw was Ok I would have appreciated a little more seasoning (perhaps) but I did like that it was the slaw threads very slimmed cut.
This is A GREAT HOUSE FOR REAL SPICY FOOD LOVERS! DONT ORDER THE HOT LEVEL OR HIGHER IF YOU DONT TRULY EAT SPICY FOODS, BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT KIDDING AND THE HOT SAUCE IS HOT! (please don't ask for a refund if you asked for the wrong level not fair to new business and there are warnings signs letting you know that it's on you if u make a mistake, so start at the lowest level of u just don't know (bell pepper)....
...... I can't wait to Try the Ghost Pepper level NEXT God willing.

so the POS system wasnāt operating, so the employees asked us to pay cash and when we did, they forced us to pay tax even when paying in cash. the AC was also off when we walked in, and honestly i donāt blame the employees, itās the manager that i blame.
