Amazing quality food, decently priced. Spent about $14 total. I got a spicy chicken sandwich and it was perfect.

The sandwich was delicious! I got this for a quick lunch at work. The portion size was perfect and the tomato soup I got with it was a great compliment. I could see this as a great option for catering!

Dined in and they refused to provide a cup of water, highly disappointing service especially in light of the price of the sandwich.
Mid small portions expensive

Are you looking for the greatest pretzel sandwich on earth? This is the place. The fire-roasted chicken and avocado sandwich on a bretzel bun was magnificent. Pair it with the summer salad and it is unbeatable. The brownie is pure fudge and they have an entire wall of chocolates from around the world inside the restaurant. I highly reccomend it.

Really amazing sandwiches. Cute place to eat lunch or get something to go. I love that it was founded in Chicago. They have an incredible selection of chocolates from around the world with little signs describing their origins. Love the attention to detail.

Love their sandwiches. I was so sad when so many locations closed because of COVID but there's one about half a mile from my office. Totally worth it!

As long as the current business owner, Florian Pfahler, is in charge, expect your sandwich to come with a side of religious and/or disability discrimination. Neither myself nor anyone I associate with will frequent this overpriced, small-portioned, pithy “sandwich” shop again. I would think twice before going if I was anyone with a sense of morality. #HatefulBretzel
Really great pretzel bread.
Went there because it said they had gluten free options and because we are German and wanted to taste some “German goodies”.When we arrived they only had some leftover bread ends, which was not disclosed to us. Only when we paid $38 for two “sandwiches” and two coffees the waiter said that they don’t have the usual gf bread. One was split in the middle, the other was both ends of a pretty stale bread. The scrambled eggs had no taste either. The person making the coffee was a 12 year old boy (presumably) and it took ages to make a cappuccino and a black coffee. The whole place was very disorganised and the bald gentleman serving us just constantly shouted out orders at his team, bossed everyone around while trying to take my order. Customer service fail!
Good sandwich, too foodie though, too artisinal, I didn't know the specifics of a bunch of the options, small sandwhich
I love soft pretzels! That's what we came in for, but there are many healthy meal options too that I can appreciate. I would go back if I visit the area again.
