Worst service ever. Placed an order on the kiosk then waited 10 minutes for an employee to show up to fulfill it. He finally came in and looked to have been in the back eating. Other patrons came in and ended up leaving after hearing how long I had been waiting with no person in the place to make my drink. When he finally showed up I asked for a refund and had no clue what was even going on. He made my drink, while chewing his food (and didn’t wash his hands first after he walked in putting food in his mouth). I will not be returning.

this is my go-to every time I come to this great city for work.. and it's truly the people that make it great. today, Kai was an absolute treat and made this ADORABLE drink and breakfast sammy with LOVE.. y'all, you could taste it right away.

Absolutely delicious breakfast sandwich with crispy bacon and cheese, cappuccino was creamy and perfect and my daughters matcha was delicious! A little busy and little wait but worth every minute!! We sat down and enjoyed the music and great environment. We asked about a restroom, which unfortunately is not available but after visiting other stores in the area, no one really has one so I’m sure this is normal.

Excellent coffee shop! Beautiful space. Great vibe. Helpful, friendly barista. Excellent latte (and I’m a coffee snob.) Cool “lounge” music. Easy to miss this place walking by, but you won’t be disappointed.
The staff are lovely and it’s a cute little place, but the offerings are not worth it. The hot chocolate was so weak it needed two extra packets of sugar and the croissant was just straight up raw dough. I wouldn’t order the pastries here. My chai latte was ok! Another downside is that there’s no bathroom.

Walking by and decided to give it a try, had no idea it was an “infused” place! I really wish it was more obvious like all the other places are with a sign or something. Only one tablet to order but you can also order at the counter. The iced caramel latte is smooth but simple, the egg sandwich was tasty because I think they use that plastic wrapped American cheese we all love. Yum! Plenty of seating and wheelchair friendly too!
