I gotta admit I was a little reluctant to come to this location due to the other reviews but I gotta say the food was pretty good. I'd never had or even heard of mild sauce before but I'm definitely missing out. Also the chick and fries tasted fresh and I'm definitely glad I came. The customer service wasn't amazing but it is what it is.

Love this place but over the years the service has wavered a bit. And the quality in which food has made has lacked ive found myself having to double check my order. But im glad that accept card now. Thats a plus

I ordered a liver and wing/ gizzard they forgot my hot pepper and gave me a basket full of burnt fries and i asked for xtra sauce on my liver and they put a small amount. The sauce was not original harolds sauce it was nasty BBq sauce and the food was over cooked and burnt. ever ever again I called they did not answer just pure disgust please ride pass this location and i want a refund!

The morning cashier is beyond rude, I walk in at 11:10 am as she was counting her drawer down to start her shift she never said good morning, be right with you just had me standing there and I didn't appreciate it at all after I initiated the good morning, I got nothing, no service, no food, no nothing. I know we all have a bad day but if you hate your job then it's time to do something about that

The price of these wings are upsurd. Then to add insult to injury they serve you these tiny little wings but want to charge you an arm and a leg for them. You walk in and it's hot and full of flies everywhere. Ppl cutting you in line because they know the woman behind the counter. I ordered 4 wings and waited 20 minutes but watched as they served ppl who came 10-15minutes after I did and they weren't call ins they placed orders at the windows same as I did. I haven't been back to chicago in years and I remember Harolds chicken being a great eating spot well those days are gone.

Man 🤩 idk what it is about this specific Harold's Chicken location but it hits Everytime! I got the 1/2 white dinner and when I tell you every piece of chicken was fire that's exactly what I mean! Always loved their food and variety. Only thing is I feel their wings can be too expensive vs the actual dinners cause I feel like you're getting a better value when you get the dinner over the wings but other then that they are definitely excellent and a Chicago staple 👌🏾
