DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Me & my wife was sick as a dog (food poisoning) the next 2 days after eating from here. We both ordered 1/4 white. Called to inform them and the only thing they offered was a meal replacement or our $20 back. Not even an apology. Will be calling department of health. This is unacceptable.

Yesterday around 5pm I did a mobile order. I had 2 orders of 1/4 white. I get home and I'm telling my husband the chicken taste as if it was cooked earlier and than refried once I get there. I ate skin of the chicken and started eating the meat. The chicken had such a nasty taste to it I threw my food away. My husband and I are both experiencing FOOD POISONING. I have had diarrhea, fever, chills since 2 am with really bad stomach pain with no relief. I did speak to someone in the store which I was told I was the third person to call with the same complaint. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.
THERE IS A HAROLDS ON 100th COTTAGE WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY GREAT !

Obviously the owner doesn't care If u wanna save the headache don't go here staff is horrible fries n chicken is super greasy .....this place needs to be closed ...they are just serving grease ..do not go here!!!!
Very disappointed that my chicken was very soft. Didn't eat it. When we got to the bbq I had it put on the grill to cook the chicken skin so I could eat it later. Do y'all wash the chicken bcuz the piece of chicken I did eat had big long pieces of cooked feathers on it. Looks like the grease they used was old. My fries were way over cooked. And we didn't get any bread that was posted with the order. I won't be going back.

Today is 6-21-24, at family house and was hungry. It’s 7:30 am and there is a Harold’s chicken at the end of the block, and they open at 10am. I read the reviews and they were terrible, but it’s early in the morning, so I figured I had nothing to worry about since . WRONG ANSWER!! The four chicken wings were hard, could tell they had not been cook fresh, just refried. And the same For my giblets I thought those had to be cooked fresh But to make matters worse the Grubhub driver went all the way to Jeffery Street, did i mention the restaurant was at the end of the block. I was angry I didn’t run down in this 90 degree heat. I questioned drivers about getting lost, she stated she didn’t. I guess she took the scenic Route. Trust Reviews

I ordered my food at 8:58 pm and there was a special that if you ordered 2 half whites you get 3 wings free. The clerk told me that her clock says 9:10 on the register and the special was not valid. She said HE has the clock set that way on the register. They are clearly misleading people.
I ordered a 12pc white. They gave me chicken thighs instead of chicken breast.
