1st time here. My daughter wanted Harold's before she went back to College so I stopped. They had a good wing special also. Harold's taste will never be the same as 20 plus years ago but it was ok. Charging extra for sauce is a bit much when it use to come with slaw, fries and sauce- even bread. Actually paid for the bag and service smh

I went to this location on Tuesday. I was very disappointed with the chicken wings. I ordered the $1.00 wing special. The wings were terrible. No taste, not cooked to a golden brown and must pay extra for all condiments. You have lost a customer.This was the last time I will visit this location. The wings were terrible!

I’ve been coming to this Harold’s for over 20 years, and year over year they’ve progressively gotten worse that’s ended them where they’re at currently - in the toilet. Their service is the worst part of the experience. In addition to lying about their wait times (often taking an additional 1.5 hours for 1 simple order), their actually employees are unpleasant, nonchalant and unprofessional. It’s disheartening to see a spot that was once able to be counted on for their punctuality and professionalism be ruined and turned into a disgrace to the Harold’s franchise.

I ordered a 10 piece with lots of sauce. They asked me if I wanted lemon pepper I said yes please. I pulled off and I opened up my bag and I saw that there was just a tiny squeeze of sauce on my chicken. That’s the whole reason of going to Harold’s is to get the sauce and there was absolutely no lemon pepper. Why even ask if you’re not going to put it on there highly disappointed, highly dissatisfied want my money back. Place looks very random down and terrible and the inside

The chicken is fresh. I met the owner while I was there, and he was nice and professional. He takes pride in his restaurant being clean and chicken fresh. It is in a somewhat sketchy neighborhood. However, it's worth the trip.

If you like your food fresh don't be fooled by the $1 wing special. To get what you pay for! I rather pay more and waiting longer for better quality food. I should have known when I didn't smell the food being cooked and couldn't see any staff or the cashier. Every order was 10 mins.
This restaurant's service falls short of professional standards. It's simply unacceptable for a customer to wait nearly an hour after placing an order an hour in advance.

Chicken livers were over cooked. Fries were dry and horrible. Giblets were just ok. Won't be back anytime soon. 😕

They are very skimpy on the sauce and the fries were old and hard. This place was not like this 6 months ago. You try and rock with your people by supporting black business. Hopefully this Harold’s get the service back up to quality standards.
