June 9th 8:20 pm, the cashier only had one job; which was to pay attention to what she was doing, and couldn’t even do that.. and was unapologetic about her mess up but of course that was expected smh

Chicken livers were over cooked. Fries were dry and horrible. Giblets were just ok. Won't be back anytime soon. 😕

They are very skimpy on the sauce and the fries were old and hard. This place was not like this 6 months ago. You try and rock with your people by supporting black business. Hopefully this Harold’s get the service back up to quality standards.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Me & my wife was sick as a dog (food poisoning) the next 2 days after eating from here. We both ordered 1/4 white. Called to inform them and the only thing they offered was a meal replacement or our $20 back. Not even an apology. Will be calling department of health. This is unacceptable.

Yesterday around 5pm I did a mobile order. I had 2 orders of 1/4 white. I get home and I'm telling my husband the chicken taste as if it was cooked earlier and than refried once I get there.
I ate skin of the chicken and started eating the meat. The chicken had such a nasty taste to it I threw my food away.
My husband and I are both experiencing FOOD POISONING. I have had diarrhea, fever, chills since 2 am with really bad stomach pain with no relief.
I did speak to someone in the store which I was told I was the third person to call with the same complaint. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

THERE IS A HAROLDS ON 100th COTTAGE WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY GREAT !

If u wanna save the headache don't go here staff is horrible fries n chicken is super greasy .....this place needs to be closed ...they are just serving grease ..do not go here!!!!
