Love this Harold's. They always have fresh chicken and they are relatively fast for a harolds ( if you know you know). They just got perch back on the menus and it's also really good. They also have pretty good group wings deals if you trying grab some for you and a couple of friends after 6 pm.
Bare with me on this. Yesterday my girlfriend and I ordered a 10 pc and a half white. When we got the food the chicken was lukewarm and the fries were undercooked. We took the food back and told them what the problem was and if they could make it again. Now we were expecting everything bad when we went back in there. We just knew we were gonna get met with an attitude and argument. We were wrong. The cashier apologized, took our food, told the cook what we said and told us come...
Harolds have been my chicken place along time plus its in my neighborhood. Today I found out you have to come in to place order no call ins and I ordered a large gizzard and had 10 gizzards. Really. Tasty bit for a large and had other orders.. Not acceptable will be giving them a break for awhile..
