1st time here. My daughter wanted Harold's before she went back to College so I stopped. They had a good wing special also. Harold's taste will never be the same as 20 plus years ago but it was ok. Charging extra for sauce is a bit much when it use to come with slaw, fries and sauce- even bread. Actually paid for the bag and service smh
The chicken is fresh. I met the owner while I was there, and he was nice and professional. He takes pride in his restaurant being clean and chicken fresh. It is in a somewhat sketchy neighborhood. However, it's worth the trip.
Love this Harold's. They always have fresh chicken and they are relatively fast for a harolds ( if you know you know). They just got perch back on the menus and it's also really good. They also have pretty good group wings deals if you trying grab some for you and a couple of friends after 6 pm.
