Nasty Food & VERY POOR/MEAN SERVICE!
#ShutEMDown 💀
Nice cozy spot food always hot and fresh customer service is great
Great food just like I like it. The wings moist on the inside crispy on the outside. Friendly staff and quickly prepared.
This was my first time in this place and the chicken was great I was shocked I usually buy Harold's from 87th and the Dyan Ryan but this place was just as good so if u in the area check it out✔️
Food was good but doesnt remind me of Harold’s and I didn’t taste any lemon pepper. Customer service was very poor . Elderly cashier acted like she knew me . Started an argument with me because I asked her how long . She said “how many times you been here” I replied 2. “We’ll it’s the same time every time .” I’m not even from that neighbor but just moved 5 walking minutes away. Food doesn’t taste fresh and it wasn’t hot after my 5 min walk home .after receiving my food she argued with me about receiving a bag. She told me they cost. I said shouldn’t you have charged me when ringing out . She replied “I didn’t know you’d want a bag for one bag of chicken.” She is very rude and confrontational. I hate that us blacks treat each other like that for no reason.
Freshly remodeled and painted. The food has always been delicious. My favorite Harold’s.
Very good chicken and honey biscuits but recently going there was not good because I came 4 hours away and they closed like 25-20 mins early smh because not everyone already live there wants the chicken it's the people out of town too but I understand stop serving food ten minutes early but what they did was not cool and it was the manager and another lady there. I just hope they see this and actually rethink there actions
The food was tasteless, and they didn't cook it the way I asked.

They take too long
This is usually my favorite location but today I got served some undercooked food I asked for my chicken to be fried hard and it seemed like it was barley done and my fries definitely wasn’t done cooking either. Staff needs to stop playing around and focus on quality checks.

Harold’s is always the first place i go when i land in the Chi. This past week was no different. My best friend picked me up from the airport and already knew what it was, lol. This particular Harold’s was recommended. I stopped in around 8:30 or so and i gave my spill abt how it’s a tradition each time i come Chicago, Harold’s it’s always the first stop. The lady at the register took my order and asked where i was visiting from. I got wings and a pizza puff with mild and hot sauce, salt/pepper, and ketchup. She recommended i add Lemon Pepper, i obliged. After abt 10 minutes, i got my fresh food with a free bottle of mild sauce. Once i made it to the crib the food was gone in abt 7 mins. Food and customer service 10 out of 10 would highly recommend… I’ll definitely be back.
