Served me $70 of spoiled chicken and refused to give me a refund me being a restaurant manager no this is not how you handle this situation they received all of the food back and I left with absolutely nothing and the owner f e it that this was the proper way to handle business never in life would I eat from there if could smell the sour smell from the chicken without even eating it so could the cook as they prepared it

Food is delicious but service is HORRIBLE. It has gotten worse over the years. What is the purpose of calling in if I still have to wait an hour for my food to cook?!? Then the clerk wanna get jazzy because I asked how much longer do I have to wait! Then tried to tell me I didn’t let them know I was here…well how did I pay for it and have a receipt in my hand?? I try my best to support my people but my people MUST do better. We don’t owe you anything. YOU depend on us!

I've heard good things and bad things about this location. Mostly good from the people I know. So I decided to give it a try a couple weeks ago and I was satisfied. No complaining about this location. Might be a little sketchy area but the food is decent and I liked it.

We normally go to Harold's #88 when in Illinois.. so when they told us they could not make us a big order of chicken I was disappointed...my aunt suggested that we go to this one and they had the best chicken out of any Harlod's Chicken that we ever been to even when it was cold it was still good best chicken ever.... Remember Harold's Chicken not Harold's Chicken shack that's something different... Now this is my fav and when ever we come to Illinois I definitely will be back....Thanks
