We normally go to Harold's #88 when in Illinois.. so when they told us they could not make us a big order of chicken I was disappointed...my aunt suggested that we go to this one and they had the best chicken out of any Harlod's Chicken that we ever been to even when it was cold it was still good best chicken ever.... Remember Harold's Chicken not Harold's Chicken shack that's something different... Now this is my fav and when ever we come to Illinois I definitely will be back....Thanks

I asked for mild sauce. I got a strange version of bbq sauce. I've gotten wings and buckets from other Harold's locations. I have had Remus chicken plenty of times. The sauce is weak and horrible compared to the others at this Harold's location.
This is my 2nd time me and the hubby can’t get enough of this place we come from Hammond Indiana and they are the best hospitality food everything ŵe will be back had to take my mother in law some and she enjoyed every bit of it !!!
My husband complained to the cashier 2 yrs ago about her attitude and it has gotten worse. She makes sure his visit isn't pleasant each time. We started going to another Harold's and only because in the area of Harold's on east 75th ordered once again and I wish I could post a pic of the entire order of wings he was given compared to my order. Three of his wings did not even match up to the size of just one of my wings. The cashier did not know we were together. This is how I know he has been targeted by her. They have lost our support. This is why black folk eventually fail and lose support from their own people. Last ever visit 12/24/24.

I ordered a large perch not fried hard. The portion size exceeded my expectations!!! The customer service was great. The food was awesome, definitely worth the price. I referred a few people to this restaurant and hope this location continues to excel. I posted a picture of my meal following this post
