I called my order in the cashier told me 20 mins I took 35 mins to come. I came in no line empty still waited 8 mins. She told Me a french fry is $5 and some change, but online itās about $3. She said āoh well the owner need to update itā. This used to be my favorite one. That Lady attitude and her customer service is horrible, I see why I done walked in a couple of times and customers is cussing her out. Black business customer service needs to do better or go find something else!

My brother and I went to this location a few days ago. The sauce was not the original sauce it tasted like store bought sauce. My brothers wings were fried too hard he ended up throwing them in the trash. Very disappointed

Called in an order arrived ten minutes later went inside paid and when my food came out it was cold . I alternate it home before I realized it was cold so pissed because why would they think itās ok to hand someone cold food .

Served me $70 of spoiled chicken and refused to give me a refund me being a restaurant manager no this is not how you handle this situation they received all of the food back and I left with absolutely nothing and the owner f e it that this was the proper way to handle business never in life would I eat from there if could smell the sour smell from the chicken without even eating it so could the cook as they prepared it

Food is delicious but service is HORRIBLE. It has gotten worse over the years. What is the purpose of calling in if I still have to wait an hour for my food to cook?!? Then the clerk wanna get jazzy because I asked how much longer do I have to wait! Then tried to tell me I didnāt let them know I was hereā¦well how did I pay for it and have a receipt in my hand?? I try my best to support my people but my people MUST do better. We donāt owe you anything. YOU depend on us!
