Love Harold's, but this one is not it. Went here on a Tuesday cause my Wicker Park one is closed. Chicken was not juicy, specifically asked if it comes with coleslaw and did not get it, fries were overdone.

First time at Harold's chicken on Broadway. Eric had just opened and was so attentive to get my order out fast...and he sure did. The Chicken sandwich was hot tasty and better than I've had at the OTHER Chicken place.Larger fries Hot and nicely salted.I'm going back for the catfish dinner next time. Very happy with Harold's.

If there was a way to give fewer stars, I would. First of all, the chicken had to have been reheated from a prior day. It was horrible! Secondly, it’s ridiculously expensive: It cost over $70 for 3 meals - two half whites and a ten wings meal. Finally, they charge a “credit card fee “. Save your money and frustration: go to Jewel and buy their fried chicken or go to some other Harold’s franchise.

It's what you would expect from a Harold's like Chicken Shack. But the owner and workers are friendly and nice. Worth supporting this business with your dollars.Your stomach won't argue that point.

This place ABSOLUTELY does NOT answer the phone!!! I have called for 10 minutes straight. Back to back to back and the voicemail is also full. Please employ workers that shows up for work to actually do that, WORKKK!!!!! Pick up the phone and take orders. You all are not above that.

Wings are SO GOOD, even reheated! Five stars if my last trip they had put mild sauce ON the chicken instead of the on side as I asked twice.

Nope. They don’t fry their chicken here. It’s more like baked wings at this location. So your left with soggy wings

Wow this place is horrible. I came here a few months ago because I have never tried Harold's and I got the impressing that I made a huge mistake right when I came in. It was an incredibly nice day out, maybe mid 70's, but when I stepped inside it was OPPRESSIVELY hot. I immediately started sweating while just standing there looking at the menu.Speaking of which, the menu was confusing and had all these combos I didn't want. They could really simplify it a lot. The prices were also all taped over, with new ones written in, which I assume meant they went up. I assume this because the bill for a six piece box of chicken made me question why I didn't just go to Alinea instead.I ordered from the girl at the counter, who had been playing on her phone thus far. She wasn't exactly friendly, but got my order in. Then came the wait. While I stewed in my own sweat, I looked toward the only TV, mounted in the wedge corner of the room, where 90s music videos were playing. I looked at the artwork, by which I mean a black and white collage of cliche Chicago tourist attractions. I looked outside, wishing I had never stepped through the door. A few delivery drivers came in to pick up orders, but not enough of them to justify this wait time. Finally, after maybe 25 minutes, my name was called. I took my food and left; eating in the car would be vastly superior to eating in this sauna. To their credit the chicken was hot -- scalding hot. It was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. But what it lacked was favor, the breading just wasn't that good. Luckily they included a large container of hot sauce, which tasted suspiciously and exactly like Frank's, to smother it in.Don't come here. Please, please don't come here. Go to Jewel at lunchtime and enjoy freshly-cooked fried chicken that is orders of magnitude better than this fowl food. I weep for the birds who sacrificed their lives for joke of a retaurant.

Unflavored/unseasoned wings, tenders, fries, and chicken sandwich. Probably some of the worst food in Chicago. You'd be better off going to KFC or buying a chicken sandwich from McDonald's - for half the price. We also waited for about 40 minutes for our food, watching others get their orders before ours - even though we ordered before they did.

$33 for a 5pc tender and a chicken sandwich. 30min wait for the order while another customer on walk up with a larger order received theirs in 10min. Missing 1 of 5 tenders which were dry, rubbery, and lacking in any flavor. Chicken sandwich was drenched to the point that the bread was soaked. Worst waste of money today.

Spoiled chicken!!! I ordered an 8 pc with wings through Uber Eats and after biting into the first wing it tasted spoiled. I thought I was tripping until I smelled the wings. I tried calling the store to let them know but no one answers the phone, ever. The health department has been contacted.

Last saturday I ordered food costed 17,5$ online over ORDER CLOVER app. Accepted my payment, went there to pick up my food, cashier told me they dont have the food, they were out of whatever the ingredient..(i forgot what she said) I told her but it charged me on my credit card. She did not have answer for that, only told me I have to cancel that. Like what the heck! I was standing there like stupid person and had to left. She did not give me the receipt nor my food? or my money. Called ORDER CLOVER custumer service told me I have to call my bank. Today called the bank and ended up they are going to dispute the money. THIS PLACE IS BAD BUSSINESS, FRAUD! Can you imagine because of your fraud and scam the bank has to pay for that! This just happened to me. I dont know how many people went through this. DO YOURSELVES FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! You will end up without your money or without food or with bad food.

I got the 2 piece chicken breast dinner with fries and one slice of white bread. The chicken was good but I don't really care for their fries. It was over $14.00, not a good value. Next time I suggest order 2 chicken breast by the piece, only about $10.00. The dinner should of at least included Cole slaw.

Literally the slowest and worst service of any food establishment that you can ever imagine. It does not take 30min to make two chicken sandwiches that were nasty. Place was not even that busy. There was a lobby full of customers yet the employee is picking up the phone and taking call in orders before customers standing in front of them. The lady taking orders is beyond rude. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. ?‍?

Drove from Milwaukee to get Harolds at like 10pm, we ordered online thru Clovers App, our order was $73, after placing order, we call to see if our food was ready, the girl that answered said they didn't have bags or half of what we ordered, so I asked her for a refund and she said she was doing it, I've called for days turned into weeks turned into months, they still never refunded our money. The managers kept taking my info down but still never fixed the issue.
