This location is horrible with poor customer service. I placed a DoorDash order for pickup and when I arrived I was told they didn’t have my order even after I showed them the confirmation. The man at the window was extremely rude and dismissive. I even said I would pay for the food again if he could just make it and he told me it’s not his issue and to take it up with DoorDash. I then left and called the store because DoorDash told me they spoke with them and the store told DoorDash they gave me my order. The young lady at this location who I spoke with on the phone was rude and cursed me out and said she didn’t “gaf about what I was talking about.” Terrible and they need to be shut down

It is not often I complain about the service at this location. However it makes no sense to wait more than 45 minutes to get an order with one cook and one cashier. I probably won’t patronize this one again

Customer service was awful the girl with the Red hair who takes orders is very rude and not nice at all. How you taking orders and on Instagram. I had to repeat my order 3,4 times to her. Especially you have earpods on. Food was good and crispy.

In my opinion, This is the best Harold's Chicken in Chicago. The 6 wing dinner with salt/pepper - hot/mild is perfect. The wait time is reasonable and the staff are courteous and respectful. Let's support our neighborhood businesses.

Never again. Poor management and customer service, ridiculous wait time( I'm was told 15mins every 15 minutes for at least a hr) and my fries are never fully cooked. They even charge you for salt and pepper which speaks for itself. I tried to give the place a chance going periodically over recent years since I live close by but never again
