Was disappointed to receive my daughter food only to wait all that time and it was all chicken not even fried and barely any fries and no coleslaw with it maybe this was one of they hit or miss Dave's and usually people tell me this was the good location I'm very disappointed
I really like this location, however they need to update their on line menu because it doesn't allow you to order extra (i.e. fries). The only option is to come in or place order on line. Since I'm unable to add the extra fries it sort of defeat the on line option because I have to order in the store and I Don't want to wait. Please work on the online option thru Clover!!

Harold’s is always the first place i go when i land in the Chi. This past week was no different. My best friend picked me up from the airport and already knew what it was, lol.
