I came for the comments looking for the closest authentic Harold's outside of the Loop. You all see nonchalant customer service and I see that's the place I want to go because I came for the food. I'm not tipping for service anyways.
Listen I dont know who the new night time crew is but they are excellent the two young ladies taking tge orders smiled and was very respectful the cook iwas on point food was well prepared and for the first time in a long time my order was handed to me within minutes it was so quick thought I had the wrong order and let me say again the food was cooked well to the owner plz pay them well they seem as if they want to be there they not angry and no nasty attitudes like the others...
This is Harolds They should have chicken fried up, cause they know people is coming to buy chicken. That’s why it’s called Harolds chicken. The women are very slow and they take their time they run their mouth. The cooks are very slow in the back who fry the chicken smh
