You can not say you have been to Chicago unless you stop by and have Harold's Chicken. The building is the only reason I gave it four stars. Each visit to Chicago, requires one stop here before I leave.
I ordered through Uber eats. It didn’t include any hot or mild sauce. They need to have an option to include the sauce on it or on the side if it isn’t provided. This was bummer considering I ordered it because I wanted something with mild sauce.
It's hot as hell in this store. The lady that answers the phone answers it like you did something wrong to her. I don't understand people in customer service not giving good customer service. And they should tell you that the streets are blocked off all around them because of the DNC. Would have been good to know.
