This place bogus…I ordered a Cafish filet dinner and they gave me jack salmon…never again‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Chicken is fried perfect, not much flavor. They charge extra for seasonings (75cent for lemon pepper) and they barely put any.

SKIP THIS LOCATION IF YOU CAN!!!!
PURE TRASH!!!
Chicken tasted like it was cooked in old grease, watered down barbecue sauce, hard and dry (how do you dry out DARK meat to the point that it’s like chewing on leather???) and it was not seasoned to the bone as other Harold’s locations. Threw it in the trash where it belongs. 🗑️

The fried chicken wings & fried chicken livers are on point. Fried just right and taste fantastic with the mild sauce. This is the best harolds that I have have found in Chicago. However the baked beans tasted like canned pork & beans.

Quick wait (10 minute wait)! The employee/cashier/cook is so pleasent and friendly. I got yummy Chicken Tenders with Mild Sauce and Waffles and it was so good! And this is the Number #1 Harolds of all time in Chicagoland!

It was super hot in here and the person taking our orders could not hear us because he had his other ear occupied with his AirPod listening to everything but what I ordered. The food was mid I spent about 30.00 to feed 3-4 people.

Also if you’re not from the hood I wouldn’t recommend. I was fine but I noticed the door dash and uber eats people were very nervous and uncomfortable. One guy didn’t even speak English 😳

Overall the food was pretty decent, worth the wait nah not really. Next time ima go on 87th.

I had a late night craving for Harold’s and this hit the spot 🔥 I like how they add seasoning to the fries, I haven’t seen that at other Harold’s. The men working there were nice too

Swung by Harold's on 75th and got the Catfish & Wing combo for $16.75. The catfish was crispy and seasoned just right, and the wings were fire—tender with that classic Harold's sauce. Fries were hot and crispy, and the coleslaw added a nice crunch. Service was quick, and the vibe felt like home. If you're craving some real South Side flavor, this spot hits the mark.

On a call in order I was told 12 minutes for pick up, but when I arrived, they act as if they didn’t know my order then told me five minutes after 15 minutes I asked for my money back if my order wasn’t ready the cook got upset and begin to fuss at me. It was not a pleasant experience plus a guy got robbed in front of the store and he almost shot the guy who robbed him there. Another woman was attacked and almost throw through the window. I do not recommend this store because it’s dangerous And the service is extremely poor.

The chicken was not fresh. Better off going to the one 127. Didn't really put any mild sauce on the food. I could've went to sharks and save some money. I would not recommend thos place. Why give people old chicken.

Me & my friend got 2 orders of 5 wings & an okra it was absolutely horrible the wings was so hard & lifeless so was the okra hard as a brick over cooked dry as hell & tried to cover up with overly mild sauce but you can taste the hardness soon you bite the wing waste of $30

Place is trash. Paid 30 dollars for wings with mild and hot mixed. Got wings with ketchup. Dont bother ordering from here. Grab some wings from jewel osco and put louisiana on em. Would be a better experience. The way the owner reacts to the obviously true bad reviews, tells you everything you need to know. They would rather live in denial than change their business for the better
