First and foremost I know good help is hard to find but when making money find they nicest people to be your front of house that interacts with guest your people gets a 2 talking trash about the guest so loud you could hear them clearly second charging people for extra sauce and jalapeño make sure it’s in the bag because I drove far for this food I didn’t call back but thanks for ruining my time and money and I’m sure yall won’t care…then the lady said my food just came up that was a lie it was warm tho but if it just came out it would’ve burned my mouth a bit will be uploading pics of food later to show I dry it was and they didn’t give my add one

This was my 1st time visiting this location and I was so disappointed. My perch dinner tasted hard and old as though it was refried the fish. My 3rd order was wrong. I ordered 2 half dark dinners but the 2nd order had wings in it. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Horrible service they try to give you small pieces of fish that’s not catfish steak and charge you the same price they will never get my money again they had a good customer the have some type of fish that’s not catfish sway something like that the food be old most of the time good luck at this location!

Man this location is the best. Real Harold’s sauce fresh chicken. Always light colored crispy. I never had no perch or no weird stuff here. If you really from here you get wings and you get sauce ON the wings. Lemon pepper mild and hot, Cole slaw, pepper and maybe gizzards fried hard. If you know you know!!!

Hey just got my order at this location today for the first time in the am . The customer service was good but I wish the lady at front god bless her heart listened closely I told her mild sauce on my food and lemon pepper seasoning. Thank god I ordered an extra mild sauce but imagined If i didn’t and the sauce wasn’t enough since it w/out as seen in the photo . Ugh I really don’t like dry Harold’s . I had a side of okra but again lack of lemon pepper seasoning was missing which was what I asked for . So I’ll come back again for a redo . The pros my chicken was fresh and food was hot. If you’re deciding to come make sure to YELL and triple check your food . They was busy and they ran out plastic bags but that wasn’t a major issue . The lady at the front and who gave my order was nice so I extend grace and I’ll try again when I’m out that way . Still rooting for this business because it’s suppose to be the best location .
I liked the chicken here better than at the downtown location. The place doesn’t have much seating, and while it may look like it has a drive-thru, it doesn’t. I can definitely see why this chain is a staple in Chicago.

I traveled from the west side to buy food from this Harold’s location. I ordered perch it’s appears to be fried and refried several times…the inside was black and dried out completely…unbelievable. They should remove perch from the menu if they don’t have fresh perch to serve. Just FYI… Slathering mild sauce on it can’t save terrible food…

This came from an Uber Eats order today, and the chicken is old and smelly. It’s supposed to be for my toddler. I wouldn’t give this to a dog. Updated response: This review was meant for #55 express, and not this location #55. However, if the owner is the same, they need a lot on the other side of the expressway because the meal was unacceptable.
