Chicken was overcooked and drowned with sauce to hid that the Chicken was overcooked, the meal was lukewarm, ask if management was around, response, we don't have a manager or basically nobody to report my concerns too, until one the cooks came to window, unapologetic, which is terrible, I tried calling, but could get an answer, said the mailbox was full, bad,My experience was terrible, I know we have bad days, sometimes, but will not return to this location, and will check my order before leaving the restaurant, next time.

I tried to place an online order with this restaurant their website doesn’t work. I’m not gonna jump through too many hoops to give you my money. If you can’t fix your app, then I’ll go someplace else.

Food is always on point. The service is cool too. Only thing I'll say is be ready to wait in line because the place is Very popular. The waiting area can be very packed with people waiting to order or waiting for their order so I'd advise waiting in your car after ordering

Their chicken sometimes has feathers on them but you can easily pluck them off.

I want to start with this is my first time at this new location. I spent $50+ dollars, which included getting 3 refresher drink. It was a Saturday which was super busy. The young lady that took my order wasn't enthusiastic and very dry (Issue 1). I got my receipt went to the car. My party and myself drank the refreshers and wanted to purchase more. I went to purchase 3 more and was charged $13.29. Our food was ready and we left. I made it half way home to realized I had been charged more than was on the previous receipt, which was $1.82 for the refreshers. I tried calling and a man answered stating you have to come in to order your food. I explained to him about the lemonade, but was told they didn't sell lemonade and hung up. Then I thought refresher. I tried calling back no answer (Issue 2). I drove back up there, to find out about the additional charge. Now there was another young lady at the window. I asked her how much was the refreshers and what I was charged. She had me step to the side. I explained to her what happen. Her response was I don't understand what you're asking. I explained again what happen. But clearly she wasn't trying to hear me, because she got frustrated (Issue 3). Then she ask the other girl that originally took the order about the $1.82 price. She stating that she never told me that price. One she didn't tell me the price, she charged me $1.82 in the beginning. Then asked for my receipt and ticket number. I didn't have the receipt, because they take it once you get your food. I was able to give her my ticket number 157. Then she asked did I want my money back. Because of her lack of customer service. I told her yes. The older lady intervene and had her return the money. Please understand this whole situation could have had a different outcome. When I made it home after all of the confusion. There was a receipt on the bag. The young lady charged me for bottle pops instead of the refresher. If they would have atleast check the ticket and looked at what she charged. Then explained what happen and apologized on her behalf. I would have keep it. But to be combative. No thank you! On top of it, it was a big inconvenience and my food was cold when I made it home. This experience was horrible and showed me. 1.The staff that interact with customers needs to know the menu, customer service skills, and listen. 2.Customer service is key to success, learn it. 3. If your too busy and want customers to order inside, don't answer the phone get a recording.Customer service isn't for everyone. If you don't like what you do. Do us all a favor and find another job. You make other people establishment look bad.

Stopped by for lunch on my way up to the burbs... got here little before they opened, waited in my car until 11am... but I wasn't the only one. As soon as 11am hit, you saw people getting out of the car and walking in.I was the 4th in line, but it took a while as some customers were indecisive as to what they wanted to get, thus holding up the line. But after a while, it was my turn and got the 2 pcs 1/4 dark meat dinner, which comes with 3 wings. This is a good deal if you have two people that like dark meat. I also decided to get this so I could try their wings. Also, you get fries with your order, so make sure you order other items you want - like hot peppers, coleslaw, etc .Ordered around 11:10am, walked out at 11:45am. Outside of ordering, you'll need to wait for your food and if you want your food bit faster, I would recommend you order the wings as it seems like those all came out within 10 minutes. Now, my issue with this location is they package your food and let it sit around even though you are there and waiting. I showed the staff my ticket, was told it wasn't ready... then 15 minutes later, showed the receipt again, the staff didn't stay anything, then showed it again few minutes later, again, nothing. Then finally she asked me for my receipt (it's funny bc the same staff saw it three times) and guess what, the order was bagged and was just sitting there. They never called out my order number. Two staff bagging the orders and the older person was telling the younger person what to do, so not sure if there's some miscommunication that went on, but to have customers food sit on the counter for over 10 minutes while they wait, it's really a shame. There's no dining area, so either take it home or eat in your car.... however, if you do eat in your car, lock your doors lol... saw a fire truck, ambulance, and several police vehicles in the area, not sure what was going on.Chicken were fried perfectly, however the wings were bit over fried. The thigh was the best, juicy, perfectly seasoned and love the crunch with each bite. The drum was ok, but wasn't as seasoned as the thigh. Yeah, definitely get the dark meat! The place gets busy, definitely come as soon as they open. Looks like you can order over the phone, as the cashier was busy answering phones and taking orders.
