I ordered a catfish dinner. I have to say. It wasn't that good at all. The catfish wasn't season right. The fries wasn't that good either. Very disappointed. Just a waste of money. I wouldn't recommend to order at this Harolds again.

Went here today. My wife ordered a 3 pc. Catfish and a 2 pc. Fillet. I ordered a 8 pc. chicken leg. Got home and opened the bags. My wife had a 2 & a 3 pc. fillet. and I had a 2 pc. fillet instead of a 8 pc. chicken leg. Never again!!!

My first time ordering here. I went in it wasn't very crowded. I saw 3 people waiting. THE MUSIC was blasting I could barely hear the lady taking my order. Ordered 5 wings salt pepper mild on side. They call my number I showed the ticket. I was surprised the order came out quickly I didn't think nothing of it.
Got home realized They gave me 4 Wings instead of 5. Tried to call no one answered and the phone kept hanging up. I will Not come to this location again. 😤 Bad Service and my chicken was cold. Im sure they gave me the wrong order.

Went here at 10pm they close at 11pm wife wanted gizzards and wings told me we closing can’t cook gizzards one hour before closing never again will I come here

If I was able to give a negative 45 I would. Not only did place my order online through their system they claimed they couldn’t find it. Then had me wait 15mins to not tell me until I questioned them where my food was. So unprofessional

Amazing chicken. They also sell deep fried catfish and they are really good. The location is a bit far from Downtown but still reachable. Must try place if you are in Chicago.

My wings tasted like burnt chicken livers almost as if the grease haven't been changed in a year and this location used to be one of the best in Chicago
