I ordered catfish and wings and this ain't catfish period! The gall unmitigated gall selling this garbage and thinking we're slow and don't know the difference. I go there often and will never go back ever. wasted my money cause I ain't eating it, it's terrible. Never again

I was at the Harold's 127 halsted at 10:45 am on lunch I know they open up at 11 the old lady cashier out in her ride not in restaurant 11 o'clock came the guy let her in and told us we got to wait so he finally came back and opened door it's 11:05 I asked the old lady cashier for a lunch special she told me it's going to be 20min or 30min she stating grease got to heat up and they got to get everything together and the black cook yelling he knows we just opened up....I know one thing this is my last time dealing with our people service and lateness is are problem
3rd time I went there in the evening, And the chicken fried so Hard, it's crunchy!? they used to be good, but now the cooking is going down, very unhappy ? will be checking out 103rd, and see how they are, no more 127th!!
