Whoever the short Spanish chic is rude as hell taking orders at the register. I'm so glad I'm not the same person I used to be. Ignorant as you know what......hollering at customers, telling them to be patient after your mess up. Some of these businesses really need to put these people in classes to teach them basic customer service skills and just simple common sense they lack picking up from home. A skill she definitely missed comprehending you can tell at a very early age.

Just left Harold’s. If you are from out of town don’t waste your time eating here. Nothing is fresh, lemonade wasn’t good. We had wings, shrimp, fries, and whiting. Couldn’t tell the difference between mild sauce and ketchup. We felt like the grease was old. We didn’t pay much for the food but we were still very disappointed. This is not good food!!

Growing up in Chicago, my first Harold's Chicken experience was on 71st and State! Whenever I find myself wanting Harold's, it's that nostalgic taste and smell that I crave. This downtown Harold's didn't meet the match as far as taste, but it was a pleasant experience. The quickness of the food being prepared was unlike my experience at any Southside Harold's..lol. They were quick, no 30 minutes waits. The customer service was amazing! I had 3 wings and 3 shrimps. The wings were just ok, not a fan of seasoned fries when I go to Harold's. I must say that they were generous with the mild sauce. The shrimp were a nice size and they tasted really good. I definitely miss my high school Harold's that was on the corner of 63rd Street and King Dr., and Crazy Howard McGee's Harold's that was 85th and Stony Island. When you've always had it, you know what it should taste like!

I wasn’t impressed at all!! They gave me the wrong food, banana pudding was so creamy, and only had 3 vanilla wafers, and this food just wasn’t made with love… won’t ever go back!!!

Mediocre at best. Staff not interested in being friendly even slightly. Very high priced. If you are a tourist pass this one up. Narrowly avoids 1 star.

Very mediocre over all. A little over priced consider the quality.
