This has always hands down been my favorite Harold's since I started driving in 2000. I always tell people to go here. No matter what time of any day, this Harold's has NEVER failed me. Unfortunately today, I was highly disappointed. I ordered 6 wings with mild and hot and the wings were awful tasting. They were really dark, the fries were undercooked, and the sauce was completely different from what I've always had (not good). I understand that change could be good but whatever changes they're making here is a bad decision. It's unfortunate because the cost of food now a days, I cannot support this location anymore due to this bad experience. I'll be sure to tell others of my experience today as well. Sorry!

Absolutely disgusting!!!! Ordered shrimp and chicken tenders... tenders was hard and overcooked cooked the shrimp had a funky nasty taste to them ... whole evening ruined and the phone number listed isn't even in service... old food bad grease

I won't be back, they are not all the same. Pick your battle wisely! The sauce was off and the slaw tasted spoiled not to mention they ran out of containers to put it in. Came from Milwaukee to still be hungry. 🤬

The best Harold's i had in a long while. Chicken was so good and crunchy. It's tasted like it came out of fresh oil.

I always see debates about which Harolds is the best. This location on 103rd and Halsted has never ever disappointed! Food always hot and fresh. Cashier super friendly and I've never had to wait an unusual amount of time.
My ONLY issue is that they do not answer the phone all the time, so you may not be able to call in an order.

This is the Harold's Chicken at 103rd Halstead. This was the worst chicken wings I had ever had. The chicken was recooked and drenched in mild sauce. I will never go there again. Very bad chicken.Terrible chicken..

If you want rude service this is your spot! If you want your food pre cooked and re dropped many times this is your spot! If you want your fries freezer burned this is your spot! If you want mild sauce from 69th and state and not Harold's sauce this is your spot! If you want a non black owned Harold's this is your spot!! There is never a manager on duty because they don't want you to know it not run by blacks it's a shame they came in the hundreds just to mess up HAROLD'S!!! IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME JUST ASK THEM!!! 🤔😭 YOU ORDER FROM THIS HAROLD'S SHAME ON YOU!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Haven't gone there in years. In the neighborhood and thought I try the catfish. Well ..it was awful. Looked nice in the basket but the taste was terrible. It had this "manufactured" yellow breading and the catfish(?) didn't taste like catfish. No flavor ..no spice...just blah! It was a bad food illusion. One of the last fast food places I've hope for that will come thru w good food. Nope. Didn't happen.
