the lady at the window needs an attitude adjustment she is very rude they need to get rid of her or let her work in the back away from customers 😒

This Harold’s slow as hell I’ve been waiting 40 minutes on 6 wings and no it wasn’t crowded. They also didn’t take call in orders. Food doesn’t taste fresh either

Everytime I come to Chicago. I’m there getting my Harold’s. It’s always on point. The service is great. The food even better

Ordered a combo, chicken and catfish only to get home and see they too have started substituting SWAI for catfish fillets...disappointing

The lady at the window was rude. I asked her about sauce on my chicken and she said it was on the side. I asked could they put it on and she said they won't take it back. I checked when I got to the car and saw it wasn't any on the side, either. I had to go back inside to ask for sauce. She then gave me 2 cups of sauce. Nobody should be that dry in customer service. I understand it's Harold's, but still...

Hands down this location is the best, the customer service was awesome the food was awesome, the flavoring, and the amount of sauce added to the chicken was all top-notch Harold's Chicken old school fashion.

This has always hands down been my favorite Harold's since I started driving in 2000. I always tell people to go here. No matter what time of any day, this Harold's has NEVER failed me. Unfortunately today, I was highly disappointed. I ordered 6 wings with mild and hot and the wings were awful tasting. They were really dark, the fries were undercooked, and the sauce was completely different from what I've always had (not good). I understand that change could be good but whatever changes they're making here is a bad decision. It's unfortunate because the cost of food now a days, I cannot support this location anymore due to this bad experience. I'll be sure to tell others of my experience today as well. Sorry!
