I got 4 pc chicken wings and they were hard ? ? couldn't chew them worse wings Ive ever had! SO disappointed.mild sauce was sweet and tangy

They are pretty good, but they get extremely busy during lunch. Rather than hire more people to help, the guy with the braids and the 1 cook tries their best to move fast as possible to get orders pushed out. Even an extra person just to answer the phone during lunch could help, but who am I? I only worked for 8 restaurants and ran 3 including a Harold's. Lunch prices are great but doesn't make up for the wait. Great music and environment, just could use more help.

Penny pinching, and somehow the salt isn't salty. The front desk Person must be getting paid similarly to how cheap the owners are charging two dollars and one dollar for a cup of sauce . Got the employees putting their heads down at the counter. No bags for your food. Lemon pepper cost extra hot sauce and mild sauce cost extra. I guess there's a reason they have to make deals on Groupon to increase business after all. Also food was very greasy and upset my stomach. Could have drained it off a bit. I refused to pay a penny more off principal. Won't be back.

Well this is me and the wife’s first time trying Harold’s Chicken! It’s just unseasoned chicken and fish just fish fry’s just fry’s and sauce just sauce help me please and tell me why is this 1 of the hype of the Chi. No stop it I’m from Detroit and also a Certified Chef my 13 yo daughter chicken is better then this Please introduce the chicken to some salt pepper or herbs or something you can’t just put it all on the so call secret sauce good chicken don’t need nothing on it to make it taste good Money waste! dam just say we just fed the garbage

The chicken breast are small and insulting. The chicken was overcooked. For what they charge for a half white, they must put out a better product. I really wanted to like this place. I tried them three times. Between the super small breasts and the overcooked chicken, I cannot recommend this establishment.

So far my favorite Harold’s in the city! Food is always on point. Never have I had an issue placing an order, picking it up, and enjoying my food. The chicken is some of the best ever! I pray nothing changes.

Ordered what u wanted then they messes my order up gave me less of my worth we I order several meal the handed me back appetizers and I call for corrections and he said he was my fault I order the wrong item and the old lady a the counter when I tap to pay at first tells me hold on Lil girl like what I'm grown as hell poor service I wouldn't even give a donation if ur business was falling apart
