Harold's Chicken Shack #13

Been there a few times this year. Today was not Good Friday. Chicken tasted old could not finish it had to thrown it away. Would’ve requested a refund did not have time had to go to work disappointed.

I frequent this Harold’s more than any other Harold’s and today was the last straw, I always ask for light mild sauce and black pepper and I tell them to not drown it. Their solution was to not give me any and I barely had any French fries. I’m cool on them forever

terrible. i ordered catfish from here it looked like they refried it, it was burnt with barely any meat, VERY over cooked. i will never order from here again.

The only idea good in my order was the jalapeños...I order the two piece fish and okra. They both...fried in old grease & fish had a terrible smell! Be cautious! Never

This place never gets your order right they charge you extra for everything and don’t even put it in your bag so by time you get home you left overcharged refried chicken. Then they don’t even want to answer your call. You can tell their screening it because they sent you to the voicemail very unprofessional.

Gave me re-dropped nasty chicken . Food was hard and dry . They used to be so good they fell off so bad . 87 and the Dan Ryan definitely is the best Harold’s location. I will never come back to this location.

Very disappointed, They are a participating Groupon merchant abd are turning customers away who have purchased the Groupon. When you travel a distance for a order and the merchant won't except the order... Very disappointing

Please do not go there!! Unprofessional and a nasty disposition, cashier totally dumbfounded have no idea what she's asking of you. I purchased 2 Groupons with them. When I get there I was told I can only use 1. Okay fine! She says it will be 1.03 I said for what? She said all I know is the owner said so ? Well why didn't you guys say that in your advertisement! No Answer! They are charging you taxes.. Ghetto!! and I will Never Ever go there again.. And you know I only gave 1 start cause you have to!! No stars is what they get .

Most Harold's Chicken are hole in the walls. I've been to this location 7 times. The Chicken is always cooked to perfection. If you're into service, this isn't the place fir you! They're rude and rush you through like cattle. They're consistently arguing with each other. I promise you, if it wasn't the best Harold's in Chicago, I wouldn't be bothered! The accept Groupon...
