ordered on uber eats and the driver had to tell them my order and wait 20 minutes for my food to be cook and there’s barley any mild sauce on the chicken and fries

I ordered uber eats delivery and it was disgusting. My wings were not fresh and my order was wrong. I had one 5piece wing and a 4piece. Both did not have lemon pepper on them and they also were not fried hard. Will not be ordering from this location at all.

Harold’s Chicken Shack #13 is a must-visit for classic Chicago fried chicken! I tried their hot wings and they were perfectly crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. The sides, especially the mac and cheese, were creamy and delicious, making the meal even better. The staff were friendly and quick, even during a busy lunch rush. A true neighborhood favorite for anyone craving authentic, hearty fried chicken!

I saw the harolds truck on my way home and i really thought it was the one from 87th street ,but i was informed it was from this location; no problem i will give them a try. The chicken was all right but the sauce didnt taste like harold's sauce. i definitely won't be ordering from this truck again.

Purchased a wing and gizzard combo. They lady took my order was very nice ,but the food was terrible im upset because these gizzards was plain and cooked twice . Just look at the picture . If I was tired I would take this back. I basically paid $12 for 3 wings and fries because I was not eating the gizzards .

A crusty whole in the wall greasy spoon, but the food is fantastic. Off the beaten path but worth the trip. You have to look hard because it's easy to miss.

Yesterday I order a 12 piece mixed. Got home open it and low and behold. There was a smell of spoiled old food YES!! IT WAS THE PIECESOF CHICKEN, many pieces to be correct. I wrapped back up and returned there spoiled chicken. We have to do better this why I'll be preparing my own food going forward. Good luck
