Purchased a wing and gizzard combo. They lady took my order was very nice ,but the food was terrible im upset because these gizzards was plain and cooked twice . Just look at the picture . If I was tired I would take this back. I basically paid $12 for 3 wings and fries because I was not eating the gizzards .

The music was fitting for the theme.

Chicken didn't taste like Harold's... This place will be closed by this time next year. Bad representation of the Harold's Chicken brand.

A crusty whole in the wall greasy spoon, but the food is fantastic. Off the beaten path but worth the trip. You have to look hard because it's easy to miss.

Yesterday I order a 12 piece mixed. Got home open it and low and behold. There was a smell of spoiled old food YES!! IT WAS THE PIECESOF CHICKEN, many pieces to be correct. I wrapped back up and returned there spoiled chicken. We have to do better this why I'll be preparing my own food going forward. Good luck

This was one of the best ones left..now it has BIT THE DAMN DUST!! I couldn't believe the food was soo bad! And my son spent almost fifty dollars in this place.. all for some recooked ass food...WHAT HAPPENED TO ETHICS And CUSTOMER SERVICE!??!?? Uuughhh!!!!

Was craving some Yard Bird. On point Delish! Phoned in my order ahead of time and it was hot and ready when I arrived. Harold’s Chicken hasn’t changed, the white bread under your fries and chicken above, just love how the bread soaks up all that goodness. 5 pc Mild wings with fries and a pc of bread only $11. B Wild wings and Wing-stop AIN’T got nothing ON Harold’s! Street parking in front. No frills type of place hence the word SHACK in its name. Thank you Harold’s #13

Been there a few times this year. Today was not Good Friday. Chicken tasted old could not finish it had to thrown it away. Would’ve requested a refund did not have time had to go to work disappointed.
