Ordered via DoorDash 4/4/2024. Called in to ask for extra lemon of food and received food with extra extra salt, pepper, and lemon pepper. Young lady that answered the phone sounded very bothered by asking for extra lemon. Place an order today to try again 4/5/2024 because I’ve never had a problem with their food ever. The young lady (mind you it’s a different girl from last night or so it sounded like it) sounds very irritated at hello did not say good afternoon back when spoken to her, asked if the order for me could have extra lemon pepper and no salt or pepper specifically because of yesterday. Young lady responds I don’t have that order I respond with it says you all are preparing the order she responds hold on come back less than a minute later repeats my order with an attitude and then pause so no how may I help you (I didn’t mention I called before I place the order and was cut off and told to call after my order was placed)I say may I have that fried hard with extra lemon pepper please no salt and pepper please she says ok but why you didn’t put that in the special instructions I respond the restaurant does not give special instructions options. I kept composer and said ok thank you. Right after the thank you she hung up no your welcome or nothing as if she was owed the thank you when the little she did do was literally minute and she did not want to do that. Please allow special instructions options on DoorDash or hire people who actually like to come to work and represent the company in a proper manner. Two back to back experiences with rude customer service is alarming.

First of all I tried to call my order in, no answer so I drove on over and entered the building I spoke to the cashier hey how are you no response cause she’s on her phone, hell she doesn’t even look up.. I left I’m not giving my money to no establishment where the first person I interact with is RUDE… I spent my money at a different Harold’s.. my be a while before I try you guys again.

I’m here with a Groupon that expires today. I’m told I cant use it because I called it in. They don’t take call ins for Groupon. Then she said I can use it because it’s after 4. It doesn’t say a time frame just an experation date.

Not sure how long this Harold's has been here but the atmosphere is dim. I bought some Groupons to try out this location. Well....the chicken is good but it doesn't have the Harold's Chicken taste, I was a bit disappointed. Aside from the Groupon I ordered a large gizzard and they weren't tender, won't be buying gizzards from them again. Once again, the chicken is good. You can go to Sharks for the same taste and less $$.

The grease was not right two 6 wings for $29 dollars. The fries and chicken was awful. Disappointed is an understatement. Nasty Cole slaw it was bogus, the woman taking the orders was terrible too.

Horrible customer service!! The over weight female cashier is extremely rude. If you are using a Groupon, she charges you extra for sauce on your food. She has claimed to be out of chicken, other than wings, the appropriate pans and coleslaw when I've gone on different occasions trying to finish using these Groupons that I've purchased. I will never patronize this Shack again. When I first went, the lobby was disgustingly dirty and they had a bullet hole in the glass. It's a shame that they refuse to put the money that they are making back into their business and to make their customers feel comfortable.

DO NOT GO! I purchased a Groupon and was given HALF the normal portion of food. Same price, but HALF the food. Not worth it at all. The manager is flaky and their attitude in store is worse.
