I gave 2 stars because the food when fresh is good, no denying that fact. BUT the customer service is absolutely terrible! Starting with 1.)whenever u call an order in, call is always answered angry and rushing you through it. 2.)When u receive a call back that your food is ready for pick up, you may get there an they tell you it's actually not ready! 3.) If your not checking your messy bag of food throughly u may leave with the wrong order, an if u call or go back they flip out like it's ur fault for not checking when they hand it to u in a rush! It's a shame because it's in a great location and can do very well with the right ppl working there. Horrible workers will be any businesses downfall.

THE BEST Harold's around! So fresh, great customer service and very clean. You do have to wait, but it's worth every second. Also, they do not pick up the phone. Need to go in and place the order. We don't mind tho! We love the wings and the breast. Also, the sides slap too!

I don't know why this location is rated so low. When I worked in town I went to this location and it was always fantastic. The chicken pieces are large and very juicy. The servings are more than enough for one person specially since they come with fries and a random piece of bread. Now that I don't work in town, I order from this location on Grubhub and the service is always top tier. The orders come quick and it's well packaged, always hot and fresh. I recommended this place to a friend and she absolutely loves it. For good chicken in the area, this is a definite recommendation.

rude worker girl seemed to hate her job bad customer service skills like it was my fault that she has to do something. Just so sad cause chicken is good but wont go back better off going to places that treat you better

A disgrace to Harold's. Waited nearly a hour for two 4 piece dinners, asked for extra mild sauce on top, ended up being the driest chicken I ever had, little to no sauce on it. Save yourself the time and disappointment by going to the Evergreen Park one if wanted to stay close.
There good an black owned it's fresh and good every time.the service level is ok as well so no worry's they also have a drive through if u don't want to get out your car.the inside is very nice well kept clean place with a good feel.

Both the food and service are amazing; especially given it's a chain. The employees are attentive, answer the phone& call you when your order is ready which makes everything much more efficient! I've never had any concerns with the quality of food; it is always fresh. Sometimes I'd prefer a bit more sauce, but I always request an extra sauce on the side. It is my go to even though I don't live in this area.

I asked for chicken fried hard & mild sauce & lemon pepper on everythin. they didn't put any mild sauce on my food or even put a mild sauce in the bag! I even paid extra for mild sauce & bread. They gave me dry chicken!! Super disgusted & a waste of money. I'll never order from them ever again!!!
