Listen .. here’s a story . My mother passed away 11 years ago but always bought our corned beef from Harringtons . Grew up on it , mom always made it ( no crockpot) . She was a boss . One year she a problem with one on St. Patty’s day She was. Always gonna write a letter but instead she called . Ken Harrington came to moms with a cooked dinner. Love love love . I’m 52 now and moms gone but I’ll never buy from anyone else. Quality and service ❤️.

Extremely disappointed!!! I’ve been buying their corned beef’s for over 30 years. This year’s was 50% fat. I contacted the owner, who after several attempts on my part to get a resolution or even a response, finally got a response with a snarky response to buy a different cut. Really? He then said he’d respond with a refund - a $10 refund - even though the brisket was $30. He also added “this we’ll be the last time he’s going to do this.” This was my first time in over 30 years I’ve complained. This piece of meat should have never been packaged in the first place with that amount of fat. Needless to say, this will be my last purchase as they’ve lost a loyal customer. Horrible customer service, responsiveness and follow up to remotely attempt to rectify a matter.

The best Corned beef in Illinois besides Max & Benny's! You have to call it in because they no longer have a store front which hurts but after the lockdowns a lot of businesses took a hit. Hands down my favorite corned beef on earth!

I purchased a pre packaged flat cut brisket at Jewel (not cheap either) and there was no seasoning packet in it! How am I supposed to make a Harrington corned beef or any corned beef with out the spice packet?! I don't know what is in the packet not to mention I don't have the ingredients at home and sure wasn't about to go but them to make it. There is no way to contact them to let them know this other than calling there actual location and I know that is not where there distribution center is so very annoying for being such a big company in Chicago.
