We sat at the bar and had a snack and a couple drinks. Service was good (bartender was on break and the manager helped us into she returned).
Nice family environment and is awesome for a little bit of Chicago's sports history
Service was good. Restaurant Clean.
Ordered the 8pc Jumbo wing appetizer. They were not jumbo but small half wings, but even worse was that they were way overcooked. I mean hard as a rock and dried out.
Absolutely horrible. Not even close tp worth $14.95.
Then I ordered a Rootbeer Float for $7.95. Hardly any ice cream in the glass...one small.scoop.
I was really hoping to like it, but was completely disappointed.
Went on a field trip with over 30 children. The staff was rude and the manager. I ask for a business card she pulled off the counter and said no! I ask for the manager name I was told no! I felt disappointed and disgusted! They were prejudiced!
Ordered Brussel Sprouts, they were so hard we couldn't cut them or chew them. It was like eating raw sprouts. Not good. Chicken sandwich was over cooked, the chicken was dry and hard and difficult to bite or chew. The concept of the food was enticing, the production was bad.
I had a great time here!
I had a beyond burger and fries was delish my friend had cajun paste was delicious and fresh
Burger was good. I enjoyed my midday drink. Connected to the Sports Hall of Fame.
Great Food,Great Beer and Great Service a perfect combination.
I picked this restaurant for my sports-living son's visit to Chicago and this time it was a different experience. We came to Harry Caray's 7th Inning Stretch years ago in the mid 2000's and the place was very busy, and the attached sports museum was fun! This time there were only a handful of tables with patrons, and the food was just ok. Maybe it was because COVID had basically shut down the whole Michigan Ave shopping experience I was used to since I grew up in the Chicago area (moved away in the 80's). Many stores have pulled out of Water Tower and it's just not the same. On another note. I met my friends at the River North Harry Caray's for happy hour on a Tues and it was buzzing.

Great experience. Toured the Chicago Sports Museum next door while waiting for our food, included with the meal. Great way to keep our grandsons occupied. Great family place!
This is the second time we've been there for a preshow dinner. It seems like they are understaffed, like everywhere else. Things take a while. The food is good and no super expensive.
After being welcomed with enthusiasm, we were taken to an excellent table. We ordered a couple of our favorite burgers from the menu (one beef and one beyond). These arrived hot and juicy, with crisp fries and suitable amounts of ketchup. Service and food were alike excellent, and we could tell from the sounds around us that we were not the only ones having a good time. All stars all round!
Great staff and food. View was good and prices were good for Chicago and decent overall. The museum included was a nice perk. Would definitely return.
Our group was four senior ladies. I had a burger (excellent), another had a turkey club and two split the chicken salad (enough for the light eaters). Our server was nice, efficient and accommodated our special requests. Despite the room being filled with teens and families, it was surprisingly quiet enough for conversation. We'll be back. Morene
