There was a major party in the Museum, but this did not slow down our being taken to a great table. Service was on top of the game all the way: beverage refills were timely and a special order (taking the meat out of the quesadillas) was no problem. Food arrived quickly, and was just what we were looking forward to. Families around us were having similar good times, and the whole evening was stellar. All stars all round!

The place and the environment are fine. The people were nice. The food was absolutely terrible. We ordered kids meals for the kids and those were fine. Myself and the two other moms ordered salads. The salads were so nauseating. They were covered in a sweet dressing. I felt like I was eating a bowl of candy and sugar. We took two bites and we left our full bowls of salad there. all three of us had heinous heartburn from eating a few bites of salad. I would recommend coming back here but stick to cheeseburgers and fries. This is definitely a burger place.

Meh. Nothing really special here except the beautiful view. The staff was very nice and helpful. They were very accommodating with my (loud) children, which I appreciate. That said the food wasn't that great. Had the salad and just wasn't impressed. Again, great location

Love everything about it! Fan of Chicago sports. It was well worth the trip to the 7th floor of Water tower.Edit to add: Josh is a great server. He took the time to explain things on the menu to my family, and he was attentive, even anticipating some needs (e.g. needing extra napkins and condiments).

Great atmosphere, personable, helpful staff, great Old fashion cocktail and yummy appetizers. Fun posing with Harry’s bust statue and looking at pictures of all the folks who had dined there.

Got into chicago late Friday night. Wanted pub type food. Harry's was close to our hotel. We got there at 7:30 Friday night. Surprisingly they close at 8:00. We ordered a Holy Cow burger (which my husband really enjoyed and I think it was the 7th inning stretch sandwhich which was really good (the only thing that would have made it excellent would be a little bit more meat) our sides were homade barbeque and regular chips. Everything tasted great and our server Gabby was knowledgeable, friendly, and never made us feel rushed. Thanks Gabby.

Food was good and staff was wonderful. Will definitely be back again.
Possibly the worst and slowest service from a bartender, ( and we sat at bar) it was uncomfortable to watch how rude she was to guests.

Great Burgers! My wife and I ate there March 2, 2024. Our server and service were excellent! We both enjoyed our burgers, tasty and cooked to perfection. I had the Holy Cow burger, I recommend it. We also enjoyed the sports museum attached to the restaurant.

First time visit. We had a great, knowledgeable, polite, friendly young Black male server. He was very welcoming and respectful of us being first time visitors. He volunteered great information that we didn't necessarily know to ask. The food was very tasty. Service was timely: not rushed and not too slow. I plan to visit again.Parking: We went for Broadway Theater first then Harry Caray's. Garage was full but since we had handicap parking we were allowed to enter. There was plenty of handicapped parking. Signage could be much better for getting to the elevators leading to the venues. It was well lit at the handicapped spaces. Garage was very clean.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking was available. Once in the building, including theater and restaurant, there was plenty of service assistance for those needing wheelchair accessibility.

The food was excellent and our server was great. Our only (minor) disappointment was that there were very few people there which detracted from the upbeat sports bar atmosphere expected.
