The burger is really good and worth ordering, and the spinach artichoke dip is good too! Service was just okay, but the atmosphere and location is pretty good. For the price and atmosphere, this restaurant is not bad.
Overpriced and food needs some work. A hotdog meal should not run over $15, when it's nothing more than street food. The hotdog was ok overall but the onion rings were not crisp enough, almost like they were not fresh or just not left in the fryer quite long enough. Wife had a bacon burger off the menu and said it was really good... so, that's good. Beer/drink prices were ridiculous at $8 for a small beer... and wasn't cold!!! Sad, they are named after such a Chicago...
I had a great experience here when i visited Navy Pier as i was served by gentleman Maicol, he was really professional and polite, also really attentive and made sure i was comfortable during the whole time.

On the other hand, there was one lady server named Michelle who seems rude and being ignorant.

I am giving 5 star to this place just because of humble service of server Maicol, People like him are asset for the restaurant.
