$42.47 for an awful breakfast for one person is complete robbery. If I would have known price upfront there is absolutely no way I would have ate here.

Overpriced, food was poorly prepared - Eggs were undercooked and runny, Waffles were served cold. Should have gone to the buffet instead of ordering off the menu.

Terrible service. Overpriced. They can't handle the number of people when there is a conference. Not every one wants the buffet.

This visit was a total change from past dining experiences here. We looked forward to honey- themed food from the hives on the roof and only a honey vinaigrette was offered. The food theme now is Chicago favorites & was just ok. We won't be going back. We can get a hotdog at Portillos. This used to be a destination for us & learned of the uniqueness of Harvest when featured Midwest Living magazine in 2011. It is just a hotel restaurant now.

Grumpy server tried to discourage me from eating at the place, because he was too busy, even though the restaurant was almost empty. I sat down anyway because I was hungry, and the server then avoided all eye contact and was very monosyllabic and quite rude. There is only one vegetarian option, a soggy hotdog sandwich with a beyond sausage.

Harvest allowed me to book their event room for my birthday luncheon. Tarana, the restaurant manager, listened to me and executed my ideas about the day beyond what was expected! The space was inviting, the tables were decorated perfectly, the serving staff worked very hard to make sure our needs were met, the food was absolutely delicious! After eating, several of us ordered food to go (because the kitchen was closing). Tarana, and her staff presented me with a birthday dessert tray and sang happy birthday, which was a delightful surprise. Harvest made sure that my guest and I enjoyed ourselves and WE TRULY DID! My guest were very impressed with the overall experience! This turned out to be more than I imagined, and for this I am so GRATEFUL! It was a very very AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! We will be back!

Extremely overpriced! Show up super hungry to make the breakfast buffet worth your coin. It cost me $90 (including tax and tip) for two people at the buffet. The food is good, but not worth that price. Even the credit provided with my hotel reservation doesn’t make up for the cost.

I stay at the Chicago Marriott a lot but first time I tried Harvest for my breakfast on April 26th 2023. I ordered my breakfast and after waiting for 20 minutes was presented the bill, the server did not even ask if I got my order and when I said you were faster with the check than food, she did not even apologize, went back into the kitchen and brought cold breakfast to serve - I wrote on the check a bad review but noone followed up with me as I even gave my room number to bill it to my room. Worst service, avoid if you can!

Service is great! The staff is very kind, helpful and professional. They have buffet option for breakfast as well as a menu, there is not that much variety but what they have is all great!

Dietary restrictions: Don't offer much variety for dietary preferences and restrictions but they are very friendly to switch stuff if you need to.
