I found Hat Trick BBQ by luck through Google. I am so glad we did. They catered for our daughters graduation party. Everything arrived hot and on time. They set it up quickly, and had everything we needed. The food was Outstanding! We had the pulled chicken, pulled pork, brisket, baked beans and Mac and cheese. The sauces were great as well. We will definitely order from Hat Trick again! Thank you for helping to make the party great.

We also loved all of the sides, the mac & cheese, baked beans, potato salad, and coleslaw were all great. Everyone loved the food. Jim and Jeanne were so friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend Hat Trick and can’t wait to order again for future events!

Just picked up our first order (2 slabs of ribs) and let me tell you, they are amazing!!! My husband, Colby, and I ate 1/2 rack on our way home. Tender, smokey, flavorful and so delicious!! I highly recommend this small business caterer for your next family gathering!!!

We decided last minute to have a graduation party (due to quick sale of our house) and not only did they quickly agree to help, the food was absolutely delicious!
