I had a great experience. The Chicago dog was amazing. He had a great flavor and fresh taste. The jerk sausage was also really good. The fries are also excellently seasoned and toasted. The vegan burger was also tasty. I don't live in Chicago, but I would definitely come again. The customer service was great and they were very nice. The wait was long, but it was worth the wait. The maple bacon donuts are perfection, and the cinnamon sugar is also amazing. Even as a standalone donut shop, this place could thrive. Would recommend.
Incredible experience with Haute Brats and Chef D. I called for a catering order for a corporate event and Chef D was amazing to work with and delivered it himself. He kindly set up the spread himself in our office and walked me through everything. 10/10 brats and customer service!

This is truly a jewel of a dog stand in the city! Gotta love it when the best people create incredible food and an incredible environment. I would never leave this place without at least a bucket of the mini donuts, a double order of the 312, and a large order of fries.
The Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup was seasoned JUST RIGHT! Brats were juicy and good, the Loaded fries were too. Lots to choose from. Elotes/Mexican corn was so good. And the mini Donuts had me coming back for more. And this is coming from someone who doesn’t have a sweet tooth?

I called Haute Brats to inquire about placing a large catering order the day before I hosted an event. Chef D was incredibly kind and helpful and sent me a proposal that was exactly what I needed. When I mentioned that I needed to look into getting it delivered, Chef D offered to deliver it himself. He was perfectly on time and the food was delicious! We ordered an assortment of brats and they did not disappoint. I tried the vegan brat and it was amazing. And I'm saying this as someone who isn't vegan! We also ordered every type of donut and they were so good! The food was such a hit and I can't wait to order from Haute Brats again very soon. Highly recommend this south side gem, if not for the wonderful food then exceptional service.Vegetarian options: Offered vegan brats, which were delicious!

I had the pleasure of getting a fast order as I past by. Man those loaded Jerk Chicken Fries were so delicious till the flavor, aroma & texture stayed on my mind for hours even after I finished them. Yes I am writing this review while in the lobby, second day in a row ordering Jerk Chicken Fries again.
