Hawaiian Bros Island Grill

The chicken is super good and flavorful, but the rice is kinda undercooked, I got veggies instead of macaroni salad and never got my spam masubi which is the whole reason I ordered in the first place. I've ordered from the Wacker location and it was FANTASTIC, but this location is definitely missing the mark.

honolulu chicken and luau pig, no mac add veggies like usual. whoever u got scheduled on january 12, 12 am serves literally half the portion sizes as normal. please get them a bigger spoon

Food is good, service is terrible. Placed order and arrived to pick it up and was told it will be 10 minutes. After waiting 10 minutes and pointing out it was now 30 minutes after the app said my food was ready I was told they were out of the dole whip on the kids meal so they cancelled my entire order refunded my money right as I was driving there. No phone call, no offer of substitute. Just cancelled a 3 person order.

Ordered thru doordash and the pacific island salad a $15 entree salad with chicken came like this: a small salad without chicken. The wraps we ordered were bad. Undercooked and mostly rice with barely any chicken. Never ordering here again.

Very very disappointing experience.

It’s not a real Hawaiian Bros location, it’s a ghost kitchen location, no tables no restroom, and worst of all, no Dole whip clone.

Order was available 5 minutes later than promised, and adding insult to injury, we paid a dollar extra for vegetables and the order didn’t have any veggies, complete failure.

Love Hawaiian Bros, but this ain’t one of them, so disappointing

What a huge disappointment. It’s not a restaurant. It’s a huge food factory “court” with at least 10 other restaurants. You order online or from a tablet and pick up your food from a locker. No place to eat. No nothing.

One of the reasons we came was for the Dole Whip. No Dole Whip here.

And they got the order wrong. Asked for veggies, got rice.

We’ve eaten several times at their restaurant in Omaha. Loved it. This was horrible, disappointing. Wish I could get my money back and the time wasted going there.

Just didn’t taste fresh, the meat was dark in color but also dry, so it tasted like it was just cooked a few hours ago and sat in sauce and a warming dish for a while and served up. I don’t think this place sees enough traffic to serve truly fresh off the grill food.

On Uber Eats, they were pricing a plate as $25 but it was a BOGO. That is a price scam because a plate should only be $12 and that’s what their normal restaurants charge.

I am a fan of sweet food, I gave it a chance but it was disastrously disappointing to start with as you can see in the picture, little rice, a dry chicken, in short, I think it was not my day to order at this restaurant.

Honestly just needed more rice
