We recently hosted a 350-person company event here, and overall we had a really great experience! Most of the positive reviews you’ll find about HQ are spot-on. The customer service was excellent, and Colleen, our event manager, was absolutely amazing, she handled all of our requests with ease and made the planning process so smooth.
Our group loved having access to both spaces, Machine Cocktail Bar and HQ. It gave our guests the freedom to move between floors and enjoy two completely different vibes, which really added to the fun atmosphere of the party. One fun bonus was being able to add our own swag to the claw machine, it was a hit with all our guests! A couple of small drawbacks were that one of the downstairs bartenders seemed overwhelmed with the large number of guests and came off a bit rude to several folks, also some of our food options ran out much quicker than expected. But despite those minor hiccups, we were genuinely happy with how everything turned out and would highly recommend this venue for a great time.

Arcade games are fun. Pizza was ok, fries were good. Music was really loud, hard to talk. Nice beer menu options, but the glasses are small, half-pint $9-11. Went down the street to a different pub, got a full pint for the same price.

I love the fact that you can play video games for free here, some games you do have to pay for, but overall everything you want to play is free. My problem is that every time I come here there’s something wrong, whether it’s bouncers being total jerks or like tonight when I came here and the food is just not good. The salad is sandy like it hasn’t been washed, we have a premium private party, but for some reason draft beer isn’t included, but so we can get mixed drinks and canned beer? That’s fine, but why aren’t draft beers included? That’s cheaper for the operator isn’t it? It doesn’t really make sense to me.

I paid for food to reserve tables. I had to spend a certain dollar amount but wasn't informed that the service charge, taxes were not included. Fortunately, my guest brought enough drinks to cover the remaining. Overall, it was was an amazing experience. We had a ball!
really chill spot filled with arcade games that are free. It wasn’t packed on a Saturday night which gave us space to try out a lot of the games that were there.

Beware the hardcore pinball enthusiasts that frequent the place because the games are free---they can be aggressive and competitive. The pizza we got was really not great. Drinks are a bit pricey to compensate for the free games. But the games are fun and this is indeed the biggest free arcade in town and the drinks themselves aren't bad.

I honestly hate this place.The drinks are disgusting, both times I’ve been the juice or puree they used in my whiskey sour was rotten. I tried to explain this is to the bartender who abruptly told me “ this is all we have, you can go to another bar if you don’t like it “ I felt offended and immediately left with my group of 5. Stay clear, no baddies either. This place truly sucks!
