Jesse, the owner, is suuuper friendly and welcoming — by my second visit I felt like we were BFFs 😂. I once came back for the Spinach Coconut smoothie four times in two days 🥹. I’ve tried a lot on the menu and nothing misses — but the smoothies are a MUST-TRY.
But honestly, it’s not just the amazing smoothies. It’s Jesse’s personality that’s the game-changer. He’s that rare blend of warm, upbeat, energetic — and super informative about each item. I feel like I can talk to him about anything. He makes you feel welcome, cared for, and part of the Hegewisch Nutrition family. And his spot? Absolutely beautiful — the perfect place to hang out and sip something delicious.
I also saw them doing some type of yoga and or workout??? Gotta check that out toooooo

I absolutely love Hegewisch Nutrition!! There are all super sweet and super welcoming!!! Starting from their drinks, They are all addicting, literally have tried all of them and loved it so much!! Their protein bowls are absolutely amazing!!! But I do have to say that their protein waffles are my weakness!!! Hegewisch Nutrition is honestly one of my favorite spots ever!! Jessi is super nice and he is super welcoming!! Jessi is truly and outstanding person he is very talented in what he does ! He always makes sure that your order is made with love!! I love Hegewisch Nutrition!!They are truly one of the best places out here in Heggie.!!

The staff here is wonderful and the drinks are really good. I tried the Oreo & Peanut Butter shake it was really tasty and filling. I also tried the Orange and Raspberry Refresher bottles, very hydrating and flavorful.
