I wanted to enjoy this business, but I didn't think the staff was very kind or inviting. I've had the cold brew a few times here, and each time has been successful. I tried getting an iced latte made with oat milk today, and the experience was very different. They utilize a chunky water and some kind of oat milk blend. I doubt I'll place another order for that. Will continue to drink basic or cold brew coffee.

Best Lattes on Lincoln Ave!I work from home, i literally live above Heritage but will go outta my way for these high quality lattes! Far better than Coffee Lab Roasters, Doppio, etc! I've had them all! The best tasting Latte award goes to Herb and Alchemy hands down!They are never understaffed here, the prices are fair, and they actually take cash!!This is a high quality local business, support it!

The coffee was completely burnt. Both the latte and the drip that were purchased were bitter and unpleasant. The cashier was speaking so quietly I had to ask them to repeat themselves and also lean in. Not to mention that the coffee is really overpriced for the quality. Unless it’s an emergency I would skip this
