I enjoyed Hide and Seek. I ordered the Brussels sprouts and braised short ribs. Both were excellent. I had two margaritas and they were very good. My service was good, waiter did check in periodically. I will more than likely be back.

I am truly disappointed to have to leave this review. Unfortunately the way my guest and I were treated by our server was unacceptable. From what felt like profiling to being wrongfully accused of allowing a minor to consume alcohol the experience was both surprising and upsetting. We were taken aback by the manner in which we were treated by our server “A”. But I would like to sincerely thank management for stepping in to address the situation promptly and professionally. Their efforts to rectify the matter and ensure we ultimately had a positive experience were greatly appreciated. Overall we love Hide + Seek and the food was amazing!

Horrible experience. I will never return to this place ever again. We went for restaurant week expecting our subtotal per person to be about $80-$85 per person. WRONG. Despite the menu claiming tax, gratuity, and drink not included, it turns out that a 22% service charge goes on to every order. Mind you when our server was telling us about the menu she failed to mention that aspect. So instead of what we thought was going to be a great deal and experience turned out to be a money grab. If I knew about this service charge I would've just ordered off the regular menu. I am so disappointed.

One of the best hospitality experiences ever. Louis the host was so awesome and welcoming and funny. The bar service was phenomenal, drinks were excellent and although we only had happy hour food it was exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend as a west loop cocktail stop, if Louis is the host tell him Christy and Andrew sent you. The tequila options are solid and the bourbon options are top tier. Get a cocktail, have a shot of something you’ve been thinking about and a snack and you have yourself a perfect evening.

My fiancé and I had the pleasure of dining in and being served by Nick! We were quickly sat, and our coats were taken to keep them out of the way. Nick was quick and knowledgeable about the menu. We went with many of his recommendations and our favorites were the French Onion bread appetizer and the short rib entree! We also enjoyed the hamachi, sticky ribs, and fried artichokes. Nick started us off with celebratory shots for our engagement and we enjoyed some of the seasonal cocktails like the peppermint espresso martini shortly after. The food was OUTSTANDING and the drinks were hard to top! Nick ended our night with a surprise sparkly dessert. We will absolutely be coming back when we return to Chicago. Thank you so much Nick for the wonderful night!

I organized my work holiday party at Hide+Seek and couldn't have been happier! We rented out the first floor and did a family styled dinner which was delicious. The bar was decorated for the holidays and felt very chic. Danny helped work with me to organize the event and was very responsive in making sure everything was perfect. Seamless organizing and the staff was wonderful when we got there. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who is looking to host their event!

From the moment I arrived it was warm and welcoming. The happy hour menu was great, the tomato and grilled cheese, the burger. If you come here you must get the French onion bread! Ill be back!

We hosted our company holiday party at Hide + Seek and everyone agreed, it was an excellent night! Our team loved the space (the holiday decorations were lovely), food, drinks, and the service. Danny took care of all of our needs beforehand and on the night of, and the service from Kyle, Angela, & Diego was also fantastic! We had a group of about 55 people and the venue on the second floor was the perfect size- intimate enough to easily engage in conversation, but not too crowded. We definitely hope to be back for a future event!
