We ordered the ramen with no spice and it was still tasty, rich broth, great noodles, and perfectly balanced toppings. I love that you can adjust the level of spiciness to your preference, so everyone can enjoy it their way. The place itself is really nice, with dim lighting that makes you feel like you’re in an underground zen hideaway.
Just a wonderful dim lit ambience. INCREDIBLE ramen. The pork and broth were unmatched. Our waitress Madeline was so thorough, up-beat, knowledgeable and detail oriented. We’ve never had mochi that was not freezer burned and actually melted in your mouth the way it should! Such a great experience. Thank you!
I've been to many great ramen spots in Chicago, and this is straight up the saltiest I've ever had. I take a sip of water and it's all I can taste. Can't enjoy my beer with it because I sip it and it's just beer textured salt after having some of their ramen. I'm highly disappointed. If you are a heavy smoker or lost your taste buds this may be the place for you. Service was great, nothing wrong with that or the atmosphere, they just gotta fix the...
