I've been to many great ramen spots in Chicago, and this is straight up the saltiest I've ever had. I take a sip of water and it's all I can taste. Can't enjoy my beer with it because I sip it and it's just beer textured salt after having some of their ramen. I'm highly disappointed. Stews with good amounts of protein, vegetables and good flavor in the broth, the place is very small, therefore it will depend on your luck in the wait, but if it is worth it, the atmosphere is very good and if you have questions they clarify them perfectly all.

Very hearty and delicious broth in the tonkotsu. Well made Ramen, soft egg that is warm. Spicy level perfect for 1/4. Pork was thick and soft. Everything is made with plenty if time to release the flavours. Very friendly staff. Got there early but lined up 10 mins before on a Thursday and got in 3rd. It started to fill up quick. A very good Ramen indeed
