Professionalism does it for everytime. I rate based off of it. Unfortunately, the security cause my 1 star. Soooo egotistical. Full, grown men, acting like grade schoolers. FOR NO APPARENT REASON!! On a power trip I believe, since they were garding the door. Blew the “Mother’s Day” for my sister and I.

Sweet Spot

Food was decent but the service wasn’t the best, it was almost time for our reservation to end and one of our guest was in mid eating and theBus boy came and snatched the plate away. We talked to the manager and stated “well we have to get ready for the next reservation” and I said I understand but it’s the way that you do things and that was rude! I spent $3600 for a large party & I am disappointed. Probably won’t come back!

My husband brought my sister ,mom, and me to brunch and we were denied entry due to my husband having on a jogging suit. He had to go to a clothing store to purchase pants. And then come back , which caused us to eat late. I think that the policy is very unreasonable. The setting of this location is very relaxed and causal.

THIS PLACE DOESN’T OPEN UP UNTIL 11am TUESDAY. ALL A WASTE OF TIME. IF YALL NEED TO HOLD SOMETHING MAKE SURE Y’ALL TRAINED TO GIVE IT BACK! ITS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY IF YALL SHOVING UNLIMITED MIMOSAS DOWN MY THROAT EVERY 5 MIN

Stopped in at Highline Bar for an early morning brunch on a Saturday. We were the first ones in, and seated at a hightop. Bottomless mimosas were provided, and three juices in small containers were waiting for us at our table. Once we were greeted by our server, we were free to peruse the different food options. The brunch bar included traditional offerings like eggs, bacon, sausage, and the like, but additional items and stations included things like donuts, desserts, nacho bar, fruit bar, different assortments of sliders, boneless wings, asian stir fried noodles, and a meat station.I tried out just about everything outside of the meat carving station. The meat itself which looked to be ribs and some sort of steak looked really dry and unappetizing which is unfortunate, so I didnt bother to try it out. Unfortunately it appears that Highline did not include some of the other things I believed they had per other resources I looked up prior to going. Things like the candy station, and bloody marys were no longer offered which was a bummer, but not a deal breaker.A nice thing they had was an arcade you could wander over to. It consisted of classic games like Galaga, Mortal Kombat, pinball, and other arcade games like Ski Ball and Basketball. Overall a nice distraction while you wait for some food to digest in your 2 hour stay. The overall ambiance of the place for a Saturday morning was nice, and as the time progressed the bar grew noticeably busy. Highline is definitely a popular spot. Our bill was smaller than initially expected, as it appears that the 10am reservation qualified for an early bird discount of $20 a person, coming out to $40 per person total. Our gratuity was added on to the tune of 20%.Overall, it was a good experience. The staff were kind, our server attentive, and always clearing our table and the food was good. Nothing mind blowing by any means. A decent selection of different brunch options, and of course the mimosas were nice.I would suggest that Highline bring back the bloody marys as they are a staple of brunch. In addition to this, I would also suggest pouring the juices fresh instead of having them sit idle on each and every table. Chilled juices for mimosas are better anyway.Overall, probably a one and done for me unless friends Im with really push to go. There just isnt enough for me to justify the price to go, even with the early bird discount.

I didn't know anything about them but now I'm looking forward to my next visit! The food was fantastic, and this is the perfect place for an adult brunch! For some, it may appear pricey, but the buffet more than makes up for the premium price. Did I also mention the price includes unlimited mimosas?! Yep! There are even nostalgic video games that are guaranteed to capture the attention of the adult crowd. They are very popular and well liked, so I recommend making reservations or having patience when waiting to get in. ?

ould love to give the service more stares but please let me explain. The hosts and management were amazing helping us with our wheelchair situation. They went above and beyond to make sure we had accessible seating and access to whatever we needed. Unfortunately our main server, male, was less than enthusiastic to be serving us. It was difficult to get our drinks refilled consistently and quickly. He was a nice gentleman but when paying for bottomless drinks, I would like it refilled quickly. It was great food and a super fun place!!

Pretty standard drinks and bar food, so nothing special, but it's a great place in river north if your looking to go out with friends after work. Happy hour made the drinks around $7 each and the apps were about the same. The interior is modern and clean, the servers are friendly and upbeat, and the music is viby. Not much else you can ask for.... That is unless you like arcade games. It looks like there's a pretty solid selection of games in the back, but it was off limits for a private event when we went. So we'll def be checking the game room out next time we're in

This is my FAVORITE BRUNCH SPOT OF ALL TIME. The all you can eat and drink mimosa deal is amazing. The staff has always been super friendly to me. Going on the weekend when sports games are on the atmosphere is great and when games aren't on they have good music. I recommend this place to anyone who goes to Chicago looking for brunch. They will always be number 1
