As a Shanghainese who love Xiao Long Bao from childhood, I can say their Xiao Long Bao is about 90% close to authentic Shanghai Xiao Long Bao! The shell is very thin and strong, so it holds soup so well! The meat insiders is good, but a little too salty to me. The taste of the meat and soup is not 100% authentic Shanghai flavor, but still good! I tried both pork dumpling and crab-pork Xiao Long Bao, but I cannot tell difference.
Totally great. Lovely vibe. Server was very friendly. Clearly very busy but our food came out super quick after we ordered. Wife said dumplings were perfect. Korean short rib was good, tasted kind of like pringles, but not in a bad way
