Customer service was outstanding as soon as I walked in to pick up my daughter’s order. I was offered water while I was waiting. They didn’t have an item so they wrote a little “love” letter with a slice of delicious cake in a container. Their food is very good especially the french toast. We will be back soon to dine in.

The atmosphere was very nice and fun, the place was clean and updated, it wasn’t uncomfortable packed with people. The service was fast and the food was amazing!!!!!
A great place to try when you’re craving a gourmet burger. In my opinion, they’re mushroom & Swiss burger tastes better and beefier than red robins(which is pretty good) you may comfortably dine in or carry out. The ambiance is relaxed and friendly. My favorite person to see there is Rigo who is always very accommodating with frequent coffee warm ups and plenty if smiles. I would also recommend trying the skirt steak, my favorite salads here are the chopped and cesar salads. For breakfast the buttermilk pancakes or spanish omelette with avocado. The grilled chicken sandwiches are also a great choice. They have two parking lots one on each side of the dinner which is a major plus.

Hollywood grill hires stupid waitresses who steal your money, and then when you confront them they try to belittle you, and try to dismiss outright theft.
I paid with CC and the server tipped herself. Tips are optional, nobody owes you anything, if you don't want to work for pennies then get a better job.
After confronting the issue with management they just kept giving me the run around until I just decided it wasn't worth my time to pursue the matter further.
I won't be going back and I will be leaving a review EVERY SINGLE DAY vocalizing my experience until you people understand that you have thieves working in your business and do something about it!
