Takes entirely too long even when you call in a order you wait a half hour or longer. If a person has to wait that long then something is wrong with the process which should be assessed and addressed. I believe the last time I was there I waited over an hour for a call in order which was promised to be available at a certain time AND it was a near two hundred dollar order!
This used to be one of my favorite places! The past few times I’ve gone the food just hasn’t been as good! I got a polish for the 1st time today and it wasn’t good at all! The fries were so hard as if they had been sitting and refried. I paid for cheese they forgot it. There were literally a million 😂grilled onions on the polish(should have just went to maxwells up the street).

Been going to this place since I was in grammar school. Even though its in a new building next to the old one cause it burned down. I give this place 10 stars. The food is outstanding. The steak hot and steak sweet sandwiches and hoagie n fries with sauce on them are thee best. They also have the old school cookies n ice cream. Yummy so good. Its 2022 and still continue to go from 1979 to now. This place is worth the trip. People who grew up on this and have moved out...
