This place is trash we stood at the door waiting to be seated while the manger on shift stood there and talked to other employees I then walked up to two guys that was also standing around talking told me they couldn’t help me and that the host was on break after watching us stand at the door for 10-15 min he then came to the bar to make drinking and told us give him a min after making the drinks he then came to seat us and told us that they didn’t have a bartenders what a joke

‼️‼️‼️ must read ‼️‼️‼️‼️On 9/14 went there for my nieces birthday We had the worst service ever my sister spent 500+ dollars we couldn’t even get water. The server was beyond rude. My sister literally had to ask for plates, after my sister something she did finally bring us a plate. It wasn’t enough for each person. We literally had to share plates or use our hand eat off the pizza trays We never got refills on our drinks
My sister asked to speak to the manager. The manager was nonchalant and made excuses for the server instead of taking accountability.
Whatever you do do not go here under no circumstances they don’t value Customer they just want your money and don’t care how they treat a person there is much better options in Chicago to take your family out and spend that type of money do not go here

Ordered long Island iced tea & it was loaded with sour & sweet syrup. Looked like there was a powdered lemonade in it. Sent that back. It was AWFUL. Pizza was very, very dry. I asked for more pizza sauce , it was so dry & I received cold sauce in a cup. Pizza was tasteless, 3 toppings & no flavor. Also the pizza wasn't even hot when we received it, dining inside the restaurant. The restaurant in downers grove is much better.

If I can no stars I would I went there on Saturday spent over $500. It was my daughter birthday The server was rude. She never even brought us water out. Didn’t didn’t bring plates We never even got refills. I hunt her to even get napkins Then when I tell the manager, she tries to make excuses for the server and all she did was knock off $20 with an and had an attitude about it too, they want your money can’t respect people enough to give good service

When arrive was seated by security due to being short staffed. Took another 15 minutes to be greeted by a waitress cool no big deal. She took our order never came back with the water I requested but again okay no big deal. However the pizza here is grossssssssssss !!!!!!! Watered down sauce, half done pizza, hard crust, not cheesy, and sausage smelled old. Food was Terrible !!!! Best part was the water with lemon. Beautiful location however with ample parking. Waitresses and security were nice !!!!

We had family visiting from another country so of course Pizza was on their wish list. We had a VERY large group of people and Linda was an excellent server and the officer on duty/security was awesome too and helped my toddler from slipping. The pizza obviously was delicious but WOW, the wings were phenomenal and I inhaled the garlic bread. We all made a core memory. We can't wait to come back again!

I ordered an extra large sausage and cheese pizza. It was dry with little to no cheese or sauce. The crust was as hard as a rock. I am very disappointed. I do not recommend this restaurant. It used to be amazing but now it’s just trash!

Got lucky, was on time for the Friday lunch time buffet. 3 types of pizza, salad, pasta, soda. Yum! Service was quick and courteous. Grew up coming to this place and now that they remodeled it love it more with it's big airy windows and openness.
