Home Run Inn will never come in last when it comes to pizza that for sure. They have forever lived up to their brand name, pizza is always on point. This particular store was very homey, friendly and a great place to just hang it and watch sports maybe have a drink a at the bar...
First impression from the cashier that took my order was the highlight of the whole interaction. Other than that the quality of the food could have been better. I ordered for takeout and Half of the pizza was burnt & they made my wings so much earlier than the pizza that by the time I got home to eat the food the wings were cold. We flew in from Washington State in 2009 with 10 people, we were hungry and wanted to try some Deep Dish Chicago Style Pizza. We ordered 4 pizza's, 2 deep dish and 2 pan pizza's with garlic herb crust, something we had never tried before, we absolutely loved them. I actually bought a Polo Shirt as we were leaving. We took some leftovers to one of the players room (his parents were part of our group) at our Hotel in Michigan City, Indiana, he and his roommates loved it...
