We picked up a ham the day before Thanksgiving. It was a 1:30h wait for our pick-up order because it didn't occur to these guys to have a pick-up line that's separate from the walk-in line. When we finally made it to the counter, it turns out that they didn't have the right order, so we had to pay extra for a bigger ham. The staff was clearly annoyed with the long line and told people that they "should've come yesterday."

I was in the area and decided to stop by for lunch. I attempted to order a Cobb Salad and Turkey Sandwich. The lady behind the counter immediately said "we're not making salads today" so I decided to stick with the sandwich combo. The sandwich was very subpar, bread was stale and the potato salad was just meh.. The other thing that stuck out was the clutter in the store.

The employees could've done a little better and been more professional. Lots of playing and joking around instead of tending to customers.

I love eating from you guys, but the last time was shocked. the cookie was burnt. I got a order of 10 boxes and the cookie was burnt in all the boxes. I understand that we all are busy, but if the batch of cokkies are not up to par, please do not sell the batch.

Food was good. Place was empty so employees were sitting around chatting, but I was immediately helped as soon as I walked in. A little expensive for a sandwich, but everything is expensive these days. I’d like to go back for the half ham sometime to see how that works out.

We used to buy honey bake ham near our area in Belmont many years ago when they closed we stop buying. And we found this place in Ashland we ordered online bone in for Christmas, its very disappointing because its dry no juice at all.Now I’ll just go back to Costco & buy their ham.

Picked up the holiday ham bone in. As they remove the ham from refrigeration liquid is streaming out of the foil. One employee starts to wipe dow the foiled wrap ham. I ask why is it leaking so much ? iIs it the sugar crust on top.? I ask for another ham and they would not accommodate. I unwrapped the ham at home and there is no crust on the ham. The ham was put in the bag upside down so the top of the ham is at the bottom of bag. So disappointing and the company got their money as I ordered online so no interest in providing good service.
Went to get Thanksgiving ham. Super crowded, so they did not have other foods like sandwiches or soup. Ham was very good though.

Went by the shop and was looking for slices. Was told will be ready in an hour. I really had nothing to do but I decided to go get all the ingredients for the sandwiches. I wanted to make specifically for honeybaked ham. Returned in one hour. And they said they didn’t have any slices. Same people that were working an hour before they then told me that there won’t be any slices until tomorrow. Mind you they make sandwiches all day long. They serve lunch. I work the next three days 12 hour shifts so now I have all these ingredients that are for what? Look, if you weren’t going to have slices in one hour, don’t tell me that because I literally got the ingredients and then sat in my car so an hour would pass by. Only to be told to come back a day later. What goes on all the sandwiches then? Seriously?
