$10+ for 2 spoons of Chix salad laid on a fridge cold roll with lettuce and tomato. Sandwich only. That's a lotta money.
No wonder it was dead in there at prime lunch hour. No complaints with the staff. I actually felt bad for them. I could sense the problem is above them. They know price is high so they are perfecting on service. I also could not find the price on the menu board. Chipotle next door is a much better option.

Horrible customer service.
Today(Sat) I came in 10 minutes before closing and the cashier told me they were not making sandwiches, because they’re about to close. Then stated, she can only make a regular turkey or ham sandwich. Clearly she didn’t wanna make me a sandwich.
If you don’t want to work, keep in mind that “customer” service is paying your check.
Staff suppose to work up til closing, not make up your own procedure.
Waste of time & Won’t be back.

I got the Honeybaked sandwich meal and it was very tasty. For my wife I ordered the chicken noodle soup and for my drink I got the sweet. It might look like a small sandwich, but it is pretty filling. Definitely worth the $14.20 after tax.

We picked up a ham the day before Thanksgiving. It was a 1:30h wait for our pick-up order because it didn't occur to these guys to have a pick-up line that's separate from the walk-in line. When we finally made it to the counter, it turns out that they didn't have the right order, so we had to pay extra for a bigger ham. The staff was clearly annoyed with the long line and told people that they "should've come yesterday."

I was in the area and decided to stop by for lunch. I attempted to order a Cobb Salad and Turkey Sandwich. The lady behind the counter immediately said "we're not making salads today" so I decided to stick with the sandwich combo. The sandwich was very subpar, bread was stale and the potato salad was just meh.. The other thing that stuck out was the clutter in the store.

The employees could've done a little better and been more professional. Lots of playing and joking around instead of tending to customers.

I love eating from you guys, but the last time was shocked. the cookie was burnt. I got a order of 10 boxes and the cookie was burnt in all the boxes. I understand that we all are busy, but if the batch of cokkies are not up to par, please do not sell the batch.

Food was good. Place was empty so employees were sitting around chatting, but I was immediately helped as soon as I walked in. A little expensive for a sandwich, but everything is expensive these days. I’d like to go back for the half ham sometime to see how that works out.

We used to buy honey bake ham near our area in Belmont many years ago when they closed we stop buying. And we found this place in Ashland we ordered online bone in for Christmas, its very disappointing because its dry no juice at all.Now I’ll just go back to Costco & buy their ham.
