Was charged double and mentioned it to the server Xena and she still didn't fix the bill.. after taking someone order you should be verifying their order not just assuming your right. I wanted half and half and she assumed double.. ridiculous. Bill ended up being twice the amount it should have been.

I gave 1 star because the staff was very rude and also felt like kind of RACIST. We have made our reservation online an hour before and reached the restaurant 15 mins before. They told us to wait, after waiting 30-45 mins after reservation time we decided to leave without dining. People after us JUST checked in and got table ahead of us. Absolutely Ridiculous.

I recently visited Hooters and had a disappointing experience. I had booked a table online in advance, expecting everything to go smoothly. However, when I arrived, I was left waiting for a table while others who came in after me—without any reservations—were seated before us. It felt like my booking wasn’t prioritized at all, and it made me uncomfortable. I understand that things can get busy, but the lack of attention to my reservation was frustrating. Overall, it was not the kind of experience I expected, and it definitely impacted my visit.

Food was good, service was bad. We ordered 2 beers from the bar and waited for 30 minutes if not more then asked the waitress and the waitress kept saying the bar was behind. We ended up canceling the beers, and then the waitress comes with our bill before we were done eating stating it was the end of her shift and if we wanted to close out. Service was awful.

Sat at the bar. Ariana was very attentive and friendly, she was on top of everything, great service for sure. Just got some appetizers which were good and blue moon was perfectly chilled. Will definitely come back when in town.

Really good food. Left full. Everything came out together. The server was really nice. Fun atmosphere and really clean restaurant.
This is my happy place. The girls are lovely and the food is really good. I always get the wings and the key lime pie, crab legs aren’t bad either. Ariel is the best waitress, very sweet and sassy. She’s really on top of things and hustles to make sure you’re well taken care of. Every visit with her is good time. Best Hooters.

Hooters management need to coach their staff regrading making all guest feel welcome, lets understand that hooters sell 10.00 meals, it is not a bank nor a jewelry store, no one is looking to run out of your establishment without paying. Please make sure all your guests is treated equally.

This is now the second Hooters I have been too, it was night an MD day difference from the one Cincinnati OH, the wings was absolutely amazing!!! The service was fantastic!!!
