Hoots South Loop is my favorite Hoots location! Ray has amazing customer service and despite being short staffed, he got us our food fresh and quickly. Great attitude and I will be back!

The overall experience was not great, and I wouldn't go back. The biggest issue is that they specialize in wings and the wings aren't good. My fries were cold. After waiting on food I wiuld expect everything to be fresh.
